The NEW way to Sample in FL Studio | Whether you use SliceX or Fruity Slicer, you know using these plugins to sample in FL Studio can be very frustrating and limiting. To me, SliceX is very clunky and requires a lot of work to quickly manipulate your samples. Fruity Slicer, although easier to quickly chop samples with, is a lot harder to make adjustments to your chops afterwards.

After being annoyed with these plugins in FL Studio, I decided to look for the best free alternatives. And I think I have found it. This plugin is called Momentum by Big Fish Audio. Not only does it alleviate both of the pain points that I have SliceX and Fruity Slicer, but it gives you a lot of amazing tools that I have not seen with any other alternative to FL Studio’s stock samplers.

Today I will be showing you guys what this plugin can do, and how to use it. Even though I use this in FL Studio, this plugin can be used in Logic, Maschine, Ableton, Garageband, or any DAW of your choosing.
