Killswitch Engage - I Believe Hotney 7 Просмотры • 2 лет тому назад

Order here: http://www.killswitchengage.com
"'I Believe' is about undying hope," shares Leach. "During difficult times perspective is everything. Knowing deep down that 'this too shall pass' has been a beacon of light for me. I do believe there is meaning behind suffering. If we are able to push through difficult times and come out the other side, there is a renewed sense of purpose."

He continues, "I know there are much more commonalities between all of us as humans than there are differences. The good far outweighs the bad. This is my message to anyone who's listening, things will get better! However you have to believe that they will!. There is power in faith, there is power in manifestation and prayer! Keep the faith and push forward with the confidence of better days ahead. Do not let this world pull you down into despair. Tomorrow is a new day and a new possibility for change!"

"I Believe" lyrics:

I Believe
Covering the truth inside us
giving into spite
Self inflicted paranoia hindering our sight

Lose track of what used to drive you to make you feel alive
That part of yourself that gave you the willingness to fight

Some people will say it's part of life
I chose to refuse to let it slide
Finding faith in these dark times
Keeping hope alive

I believe there is hope for better days
I believe we will conquer what we face

Discovering the faith inside us
save us from despair
No matter what this world will tell you
do not live in fear

Learn to let the light guide you
Let go of the pain
You can't kill the passion in me
My devotion remains

I believe there is hope for better days
I believe we will conquer what we face

Come what may the light will guide my way
Come what may I won't be led astray

Do you believe that something can renew your strength
When you find it you stop at nothing
it's in every word you say
So keep the faith

The light will guide my way
I won't be led astray
and nothing will stand in my way

I believe I believe that there is hope
I believe there is hope for better days

-------

“Making this record lit a fire under my ass and made me rethink everything,” admits Jesse. “It had to be next level. It had to be different enough for people to really recognize we’re putting forth an effort—or what’s the point of doing this? There was no repeating ourselves. It was very carefully planned out and passionately written. It sounds like Killswitch, yet there’s also a fresh spirit to it.”

This time around, the group emphasized working together face-to-face in a Massachusetts rehearsal spot. The process enabled them to apply the pressure on every element. At the collective urging of his bandmates, Jesse poured over his words like never before.

“We pushed him to do more vocal demos and were super tough on him,” recalls Adam. “He was so open to feedback though, and he definitely got the lyrics right. I love it when he and I are face-to-face, and ideas are flying around. We work especially well together when we’re in the heat of the moment. All of the demoing made for a better record, and there was so much communication between all of the band members.”

“It felt like everyone put a ton of effort into this,” Mike adds. “It’s the first time since Alive Or Just Breathing that we really hashed everything out together in the same room. It was a combined effort, and there are even some things you’ve never heard from Killswitch.”

“I never considered myself to be a part of mainstream society,” he goes on. “I’ve always been in the middle. To me, this record is about the consequences of our actions as humans as we engage in war, hatred, division, and falling in line with control. History repeats itself. We’re going to have to answer for our actions—whether it’s how we treat the earth or each other. There will be an uprising and a backlash from nature. Cause-and-effect is a driving theme. We will face a consequence.”

Lyrics:

Yeah 8x
They like where he at he ain’t never left back in they face like bad breath
They know what it is when I step in this b*tch
N*gga move wrong get left in this b*tch, we ain’t going for sh*t, man I know that I’m rich but
I’ll still pop out all black with a blick
Aye grab that drake
Put the beam on his face
When I upped off the waist
He was tryna get away
But the drake onna chase
Can’t out run a K
Imma bake him a cake
Like Annie may
Since a Young n*gga r*tarded n sh*t
Took my mama gun and got sparking b*tch
Had a honey bun, 100 round drums, and hunnid guns, like im a terrorist
Too easy, where the old chop at they feining, don’t call me chop this beazy,
This a new n*gga, but the same killa, still a gang member but my name bigger
say chop ain’t good in the hood but im deep in the streets with a g23 tell the opps come
meet, make em use they feet, we run sh*t down til they hit concrete
Rap cap who I speak on facts
Ian never had to cap on wax
Would’ve been said who I sent up
but n*gga Ian no rat
Yo homie a peon he in a swisher, I know me some n*ggas that’s worser than hitler, he wave
the white flag we still gone kill em, on GOD
This drako a leave the case closed,
Wanna be a killa we make those
If he rat we hate those
If he a snake , get back door
LETSSS GOOOO, roll him in gg4, but bro be cracking 4s, but let me switch the flow
Gotta beam and a scope my clip like a rope, when I shoot don’t choke, this sh*t for show,
better pick yo bro up, sick like throw up
walk in this b*tch and I’m pistol and packing he step up to me then his *ss going backwards,
we shoot sh*t for real we far from a actor, when we on a drill we score like the raptors
LETSSS GOOOO, roll him in gg4, but bro be cracking 4s, but let me, let me, let me, let me,
let me,
Let me out that car
Let me out that car
Let me out that car

LYRICS:
Of having only eyes for you
Of letting you turn my crimson skies blue, ooh
Of hating your somebody new
Of getting hella jealous of the ground that’s under you, ooh
Of going way too hard
Of tryna call you while I'm storming out the bar
Of going way across the line, of needing you at the end of every night

I’m guilty, baby
I’m guilty, baby
If having a bleeding heart is a crime
If loving you means I’m serving life
I’m guilty, baby

Of using medicine as a crutch
On the nights when the voices in my head won't shut up, oh
Of going way too far
Of driving by your place and counting up the cars
Of going way across the line, of needing you at the end of every night

I’m guilty, baby
I’m guilty, baby
If having a bleeding heart is a crime
If loving you means I’m serving life
I’m guilty, baby

How bad I need you
Ain’t enough words to say
Is it really over or just on a different page
I’m guilty, baby
I’m guilty, baby
If having a bleeding heart is a crime
If loving you means I’m serving life
I’m guilty, baby

Jermaine Jackson: A Life Lived In The Shadows | Full Length Documentary (4K 2160p) | the detail. Hotney 10 Просмотры • 2 лет тому назад

Jermaine will forever be remembered as a lead singer of the Jackson 5 with his brother, Michael. The two were close growing up on stage together, however friendly competition developed into a fierce rivalry as the brothers developed their own solo careers.

Constant comparisons, battles for control and deep resentments persisted for many years as Jermaine became increasingly bitter of the King of Pop's towering success, and his reliance on his association with him.

However, one thing that Jermaine Jackson has always preached is that family is the more important than any award, accolade or platinum selling record, and since the superstar's death he has taken it upon himself to honour his brother's legacy for generations of Jacksons to come.

https://chrisbrown.lnk.to/1111deluxe

Lyrics:
Don’t know when my nights became so complicated
Can’t recall my mornings
Ever being this faded
Maybe this is karma
Definition of jaded
Uh
This stays on my mind
This stays on my mind
Tryin to put a muzzle on my crazy feelings
One minute I’m cool
And then the next I’m trippin
No
With somebody new
I swear she don’t deserve this
Wasted all my time
She’s still on my mind
Do we build it up?
Build it up?
Just to let it wash away
Tell me did I lace you up
Lace you up
Just to watch you run away
Please

Hook:
Tell me who, who’s getting all my love?
Love
Who’s getting all my love
Tell me who, who’s getting all my time
All of that used to be mine
Oh
Who did you teach what I taught you
Ooh oh ooh oh
Better not give him my nickname
I don’t like thinking about it
I swear that it’s wearing me down
No
But tell me, who
who’s getting all of my
Who’s getting all of my
Residuals
Who
Who’s getting all of my
Who’s getting all of my
Residuals
Who
Who’s getting all of my
Who’s getting all of my
Residuals

Made it clear you didn’t wanna see the sequel
I was lying when I said the feeling’s mutual
No
It took some time to realize that we are different people
And love is blind
I see love is blind

Pre -

Did we build it up
Build it up
Just to let it wash away
Tell me did I lace you up, lace you up
Just to watch you run away
Please tell me

Hook -

who
Who’s getting all my love
Who’s getting all my love
And tell me who
Who’s getting all my time (My time nah)
All of that used to be mine (Believe it)
Who did you teach what I taught you
Better not give him my nickname
I don’t like thinking about it
I swear that it’s wearing me down
No

So tell me
Who
Who’s getting all of my
Who’s getting all of my
