BREATHE // LYRICS

I'm fade to black as a search for the light
Can you bring me back from this unconscious life?
Can you show me the way I'm lost in the dark
I've fallen apart, can you unbreak my heart?

So I can breathe
Before I suffocate
Before it's all too late, before I die this way
I need to breathe, before I sleep away
But there's something left to say
Can you help me
I need to breathe

I hear the angels calling, can you send one down?
I see the demons crawling, everywhere around
Can you pull me out from the mess I've made
Before my lungs collapse and there's no turning back?

I need breathe
Before I suffocate
Before it's all too late, before I die this way
I need to breathe, before I sleep away
But there's something left to say
Can you help me I need to breathe
I need to breathe

Can you hear me I'm screaming
I'm broken down, I'm bleeding
I'll be making through
I need you

I'm fade to black as a search for the light
Can you bring me back from this unconscious life? (help me)

Breathe before I suffocate
Before it's all too late, before I die this way
I need to breathe, before I sleep away
But there's something left to say
Can you help me?

I need to breathe, before I sleep away (rescue me)
I need to breathe, before it's all too late (rescue me)
I need to breathe, before I die this way (rescue me)
I need to breathe, I need to I need to I need to (rescue me)
I need to breathe

LYRICS
And so it went the children lost their minds

Begging for forgiveness was such a waste of time

And the bullets start to fly

And the bough’s about to break

When you hear them cry

It’s too much for me to take

The world does not belong to you

You are not the king I am not the fool

They said the world does not belong to you

It don’t belong to you

It belongs to me

And, so it went the children lost their minds

Crawling over bodies of those who gave their lives

And the fists begin to throw

And the fire starts to blaze

Don’t you think they know

They’re the fucking human race

The world does not belong to you

You are not the king, I am not the fool

They said the world does not belong to you

It don’t belong to you

It belongs to

Everyone is crying out, I can hear them scream

With all these eyes upon us but no one seems to see

That you and me are just the same as god meant it to be

But you’re much too close to me.

You’re much too close to me

So it went

The children lost their minds

Nowhere to run, nowhere to hide

And the wind begins to howl

And the wolf is at your door

You have so much of everything

But still you wanted more

They said the world does not belong to you

You are not the king, I am not the fool

They said the world does not belong to you

It don’t belong to you

It belongs to me

LYRICS
Year one
Was lots of fun
But nothing lasts forever in my dreams

And two
I followed you
Because you knew the way or so it seemed

And three
I still believed
That we would be becoming destiny

And four
I wanted more
But you were moving on to better things

At twenty-five
And still alive
Much longer than expected for a man
At twenty-five
All hope has died
And the glass of my intentions turns to sand
And shatters in my hand

Five to six
A lie, a kiss
The secrets that were served we’d never say
Skip to eight
We called to fate
To live, to let us die another day
And nine
I saw the signs
Reflected in the barrel of a gun
Ten
We’re here again
Those who loved me burned up in the sun

At twenty-five
And still alive
Much longer than expected for a man
At twenty-five
All hope has died
And the glass of my intentions turns to sand
And shatters in my hand

From eleven, twelve I held the future in my grasp
And all through my teens I screamed I may not live much past
Twenty-one two three four
Twenty-one two three four
Twenty-one two three four
One two three four

At twenty-five
And still alive
Much longer than expected for a man
At twenty-five
All hope has died
And the glass of my intentions
The glass of my intentions
The glass of my intentions
Turns to sand
And shatters in my hand

LYRICS
Father did you miss me?
I’ve been locked up a while
I got caught for what I did
But took it all in style
Laid to rest all my confessions I gave way back when
But now I’m versed in so much worse so I am back again
And he said…

For the lines that I take, I’m going to hell
For the love that I make, I’m going to hell
Getting heavy with the devil, you can hear the wedding bells

Father did you miss me?
Don’t ask me where I’ve been
You know I know, yes I’ve been told
I redefine a sin
I don’t know what’s driving me to put this in my head
Maybe I wish I could die, maybe I am dead
And he said…

For the laughs that I fake, I’m going to hell
For the vows that I break, I’m going to hell
For the ways that I hurt while I’m hiking up my skirt
I am sitting on a throne while they’re buried in the dirt
For the man that I hate, I’m going to hell
Getting heavy with the devil, you can hear the wedding bells

Please forgive me father
I didn’t mean to bother you
The devil’s in me father
He’s inside of everything I do

For the lives that I take, I’m going to hell
For the laws that I break, I’m going to hell
For the love that I hate, I’m going to hell
For the lies that I make, I’m going to hell
For the way I condescend and never lend a hand
My arrogance is making this head buried in the sand
For the souls I forsake, I’m going to hell

Married to the devil, you can hear the wedding bells

LYRICS
Been waitin' at these crossroads
Forever and a day
On a guy to buy my soul
I spend all night and day
How much harder can I play?
You know I gave my life to rock n' roll
Here we go

Mama begged me please
Yes, she got down on her knees
Said """"""""you'll burn in that Mississippi sun""""""""
But I'm the only one that's standing here
So mama don't you have no fear
I'm either last or I've already won
Here I go

Take me down
Take me down
Take me down
Won't you take me down

Standing at the crossroads
A dried up pen in hand
The conversation went like this
""""""""Tell me your desire why you pulled me from the fire and we'll seal the deal with a kiss""""""""
Said """"""""I wanna raise the dead
Find a note that I can shred
On my walls I scrawl my gods
Don't care what happens when I die
As long as I'm alive
All I wanna do is rock, rock, rock""""""""

Take me down
Take me down
Take me down
Won't you take me down

Oh, sign with the devil, sign with the devil, sign with the devil Oh!
Sign with the devil, sign with the devil, sign with the devil
Oh!
Sign with the devil, sign with the devil, sign with the devil
Oh!
Sign with the devil, sign with the devil, sign with the devil
Oh!

Take me down
Take me down
Take me down
Won't you take me down

Take me down
(Sign with the devil, sign with the devil, sign with the devil)
Take me down
(Sign with the devil, sign with the devil, sign with the devil, oh)
Won't you take me down
(Sign with the devil, sign with the devil, sign with the devil)
(I got a record deal)

LYRICS
Jimmy's in the back with a pocket of high
If you listen close you can hear him cry

Oh Lord, heaven knows, we belong way down below
(Sing it) Oh Lord, heaven knows, we belong way down below
Way down below, way down below

Judy's in the front seat picking up trash
Living on the dole, gotta make that cash
Won't be pretty, won't be sweet
She's just sitting here on her feet

Singing oh Lord, heaven knows, we belong way down below
(Go) Oh Lord, heaven knows, we belong way down below
(Sing) Oh Lord, tell us so, we belong way down below
Oh Lord, tell us so, we belong way down below
Way down below, way down below
Way down below, way down below

I've had better days, man
I've seen better days
I've had better ways, man
I know better ways

One, two, three and four
The devil's knocking at your door
Caught in the eye of a dead man's lie
Start your life with your head held high
Now you're on your knees with your head hung low
Big man tells you where to go
Tell them it’s good, tell them okay
Don't do a goddamn thing they say

Oh Lord, heaven knows, we belong way down below
Oh Lord, tell us so, we belong way down below
Way down below, way down below
Way down below, way down below

I've seen better ways, man
I know better ways
I've seen better days, man
I've had better days

Gina's in the back with a pocket of high
If you listen close you can hear the crying

Oh Lord, heaven knows, we belong way down below
Oh Lord, tell us so, we belong way down below
Oh Lord, heaven knows, we belong way down below
Oh Lord, tell us so, we belong way down below
Way down below, way down below
Way down below, way down below

Lyrics:
J.I:
Yeah
She got me on some R&B shit
Eyes closed, movin’ like I never see shit
Rubbin’ on my waves while we fuckin’ got you seasick
Know I love it when we fuckin’, I be speechless
Cancel appointments just so I could have you waitin’ on it
Need you to ride it like you put a down payment on it
Cause I know he was so wrong to you
And I ain’t tryna make no song for you, but you got it
Gotta stop fuckin’ on Lena
Fell in love with Christina
Fuck with both of those bitches but they don’t bust it like Nina
Was bout to hit up Selena
Cause you made me wait so long for you
I only keep you company
Don’t tell ya friends you fuckin’ me
Harassing all my bitches, tryna make ‘em feel uncomfortably
You bring up what I did, but you can’t bring up what you done for me
Used to tell me “what’s so wrong wit you?”
And I wish I could freeze time, so we could travel to the past and we can rewind
And I wish I could freeze time, I put a new AP on ya wrist for the meantime (Yeah) We could travel to the past, I could fuck you in the ‘20s
We gone have rich sex, show you how to make this money
You like bringing up the past, so I found that kinda funny
Imma take you back in time so I could teach you how to love me (oh..) (oh oh)
And I ain’t tryna make it on ya blocklist
I’m the one who put you in Dior cause you would shop lift
I’m not ashamed to say the love we had was toxic
Just another ghetto love story wit a plot twist
We should get attached wit no strings for the night
I remember when you used to be my fling for the night
When you, you don’t do those things that I like (uh.. uh)

Yeah
She got me on some R&B shit
Travel to the past just to take you out ya cleavage
I could show you how to live life for the weekend
On some freak shit
I wish I could freeze time, so we could travel to the past and we could rewind
And I wish I could freeze time, I put a new AP on your wrist for the meantime
That’s if you feelin’ like you need time
Cause lately I been feelin’ like you really need time
Lately I been feelin’ like we really —

A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie:
You know I don’t trust bitches (yeah)
And niggas ain't gettin no money they just got it for the meantime
I ain’t no fuckin’ role model (hah)
My favorite rapper was a drug dealer, prolly why I sold dimes
Don’t show no love my nigga I know love’ll get you killed, thats why I show love so different
My wrist covered in VV’s
Ion even think they know what VV means
Lately I been feelin’ like I need time
She left her heart with someone else and now she need mine (yeah)
Talkin’ bout her body count, I’m knowin’ she’s lyin’
Whatever she tell you, multiply it by 3 times
But I squeeze it and I leave in the night
I bust down the face and that’s how I freeze time (yeah)
They make it up like maybelline
I put yo ass in Amiri, took you out of them Levi’s (yeah)
Bulletproof the Maybach, you only see blinds
Took your ass to Elliantte, your diamonds don't need light
If you finesse me more than once, then I must be blind (yeah)
I was only 16, that was like my first time
And see like homie look like seventeen but (Yeah)
I still keep one in the head so I got eighteen inside it
My young niggas don’t fight
Always keep one nine right by their side
But on your free time, yeah
I can put Chanelly on your waist but can I please have some me time
Freeze time, put a new AP on yo ass for the meantime
That’s if you feelin like you
