Discovered while interning at a London recording studio, Rita Ora catapulted to pop stardom and has released more Top 10 UK singles than any other British female artist in history. But she’s not limiting herself to just making music. Rita brings her boundless creativity and enthusiasm for collaboration to acting, TV hosting, fashion design, and philanthropy.

Rita stopped by the Hits the Spot studio to discuss her new album, You and I, and share an exclusive look at her 2023 Wrapped results.

Lyrics of Goli Maar Di

Hoya Shehar Sara Fan Mere Dimple Da
Uto Naina Wala Kajla Hai Kill Karda
Bada Hoya Mashoor Mere Husan Gharoor
Mere Lak De Hularya Te Lahore Hil Da
Munde Hasrat Le Le Phirde Aa Mere Deedar Di

Mein Akhaan Naal Goli Maardi Sohneya
Okha Tera Bachke Rehna Ji

Pairan Vich Gucci Sawa Lakh Di Main Paa Kay
Jadon Turan La**** Morni Koi Nachdi Hovay
Lakh Paven Naaran Hon Sohni Hazaraan Par
Kon Edaan Mere Wangoon Jachdi Hovay
Nakhre Vi High Te High Aa Kharche
Lahore Ton London Tak Hunday Aa Kharche
Appoach Nahi Kar Sakda Koi
Kudi Range Ton Paar Di

Mein Akhaan Naal Goli Maardi Sohneya
Okha Tera Bachke Rehna Ji

Saadgi De Vich Vi Kamaal Lagdi
Main Boht Fashion Karan Di Vi Naiyo Lod Ji
Mere Baare Hoya Mashoor Ke Zaroor Main Ta
Mundeya De Rende Aan Dil Tod Di
Tere Vi Dil Te Jaadu Mera Chalda
Banran Tu Chauhnda Ain Mehmaan Mere Dil Da
Koshish Pahven Lakhaan Kar Le
Dil Main Nahi Haar Di

Mein Akhaan Naal Goli Maardi Sohneya
Okha Tera Bachke Rehna Ji

Like all artist Kendrick Lamar or K.dot has had several transitions in terms of lifestyle and environment. He went from this innocent, good kid in a dangerous city or maad city, to a teenager affiliated with one of the most dangerous Piru gangs in Campton California and finally to the superstar we see him as winning 17 Grammy awards over the course of his career, with his most recent being rap album of the year winner Mr moreles and high steppers beating out legends like pusha T’s its almost dry and futures I never liked you Albums.
Today we’re addressing all these eras of Kendrick Lamar, from childhood all the way up to his adult years and also answering a huge question that’s been lingering with a lot of Kendrick Lamar fans, did Kendrick Lamar gang bang, particular was he from the west side pirus and did he catch a body in his younger days?. And let me just give y’all a spoiler K.dot was definitely…naw if you want to know if K.dot was a gang member or not y’all gotta stick around for the his wild story.

Lyrics:

We started as friends
But you know that every road ends

We started touching
We started having conversations and expectations
All night long (yeah)
Right or wrong (yeah)
And the first time we kissed was the first time
I tasted real love
It ain’t enough
You know it ain’t enough

Ohhhhhh
It’s never enough
There’s only one kind
Girl this kind of love
Sexual
It’s a sexual love
There’s only one kind
Girl this kind of love

Oooo
It’s just the way you looking back at me
Even though you got a good handle on it
Got the candles on
I know the magic spell
I let my hands perform it

And ooo I don’t know any other kind of love
I could replace it with I heard about it
But I really doubt it
If they felt what I’m feeling they would sing about it

Ohhhhhh (you know)
It’s never enough
Now when it feels like
This kind
Oh every kind of love
Sexual one of a kind love
It’s a sexual love

There’s only one kind
Girl this kind of love

Just let your love rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain

Feels like rain
Your love feels great
Feels like you could wash away the pain

Just let your love rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain

Feels like rain
Your love feels great
Feels like you could wash away the pain

Just let your love rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain
Feels like rain
Your love feels great
Feels like you could wash away the pain

Let your love rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain

Feels like rain
Your love feels great
Feels like you could wash away the pain

YEAH... THIS RIGHT HERE
GOES OUT... TO EVERYONE
THAT HAS LOST SOMEONE
THAT THEY TRULY LOVED

SEEMS LIKE YESTERDAY
WE USED TO ROCK THE SHOW
I LACED THE TRACK
YOU LOCKED THE FLOW

SO FAR FROM HANGIN'
ON THE BLOCK FOR DOUGH
NOTORIOUS...
THEY GOT TO KNOW THAT

LIFE AIN'T ALWAYS
WHAT IT SEEMED TO BE
WORDS CAN'T EXPRESS
WHAT YOU MEAN TO ME

EVEN THOUGH YOU'RE GONE
WE STILL A TEAM
THROUGH YOUR FAMILY
I'LL FULFIL YOUR DREAMS

IN THE FUTURE
CAN'T WAIT TO SEE
IF YOU OPEN UP
THE GATES FOR ME

REMINISCE SOME TIME
THE NIGHT THEY TOOK MY FRIEND
TRY TO BLACK IT OUT
BUT IT PLAYS AGAIN

WHEN IT'S REAL
FEELIN'S HARD TO CONCEAL
CAN'T IMAGINE
ALL THE PAIN I FEEL

GIVE ANYTHIN' TO HEAR
HALF YOUR BREATH
I KNOW YOU'RE STILL
LIVIN' YOUR LIFE, AFTER DEATH

EVERY STEP I... TAKE...
EVERY MOVE I... MAKE...
EVERY SINGLE DAY
EVERY TIME I... PRAY
I'LL BE MISSIN' YOU...

THINKIN' OF THE DAY...
WHEN YOU WENT AWAY...
WHAT A LIFE TO TAKE
WHAT A BOND TO BREAK
I'LL BE MISSIN' YOU...

IT'S KINDA HARD
WITH YOU NOT AROUND
KNOW YOU IN HEAVEN
SMILIN' DOWN

WATCHIN' US
WHILE WE PRAY FOR YOU
EVERY DAY WE PRAY FOR YOU
'TIL THE DAY WE MEET AGAIN
IN MY HEART IS WHERE
I'LL KEEP YOU, FRIEND

MEMORIES GIVE ME
THE STRENGTH
I NEED TO PROCEED
STRENGTH I NEED TO BELIEVE

MY THOUGHTS, BIG
I JUST CAN'T DEFINE
WISH I COULD TURN
BACK THE HANDS OF TIME

US IN THE SIX
SHOP FOR NEW
CLOTHES AND KICKS
YOU AND ME TAKIN' FLICKS

MAKIN' HITS
STAGES THEY RECEIVE YOU ON
STILL CAN'T BELIEVE
YOU'RE GONE

GIVE ANYTHIN' TO
HEAR HALF YOUR BREATH
I KNOW YOU'RE STILL
LIVIN' YOUR LIFE, AFTER DEATH

EVERY STEP I... TAKE...
EVERY MOVE I... MAKE...
EVERY SINGLE DAY
EVERY TIME I... PRAY
I'LL BE MISSIN' YOU
YEAH... YEAH-YEAH

THINKIN' OF THE DAY...
WHEN YOU WENT AWAY...
WHAT A LIFE TO TAKE
WHAT A BOND TO BREAK
I'LL BE MISSIN' YOU

SOMEBODY TELL ME WHY...
ON... THAT MORNIN'...
WHEN THIS LIFE IS OVER...
I... KNOW...
I'LL SEE YOUR FACE...

EVERY NIGHT I... PRAY
EVERY STEP I... TAKE
EVERY MOVE I... MAKE
EVERY SINGLE DAY

EVERY NIGHT I... PRAY
EVERY DAY THAT PASSES
IS A DAY THAT I GET CLOSER
TO SEEIN' YOU AGAIN
WE MISS YOU, BIG

AND WE WON'T STOP
'CAUSE WE CAN'T STOP...
THAT'S RIGHT

EVERY NIGHT I... PRAY
EVERY STEP I... TAKE
EVERY MOVE I... MAKE
WE MISS YOU, BIG

EVERY STEP I... TAKE...
OH, LORD
I... MISS YOU...
EVERY TIME I... PRAY
I'LL BE MISSIN' YOU
YEAH... YEAH-YEAH

THINKIN' OF THE DAY...
WHEN YOU WENT AWAY...
WHAT A LIFE TO TAKE
WHAT A BOND TO BREAK
I'LL BE MISSIN' YOU

EVERY STEP I... TAKE...
EVERY MOVE I... MAKE...
EVERY SINGLE DAY
EVERY TIME I... PRAY
I'LL BE MISSIN' YOU
I'LL BE MISSIN' YOU

THINKIN' OF THE DAY...
WHAT A LIFE TO TAKE
WHAT A BOND TO BREAK
I'LL BE MISSIN' YOU

ON... THAT MORNIN'...
WHEN THIS LIFE IS OVER...
I... KNOW...
I'LL SEE YOUR FACE...

ON... THAT MORNIN'...
WHEN THIS LIFE IS OVER...
I... KNOW...
I'LL SEE YOUR FACE...

“When We Die (Can We Still Get High?)” lyrics:

Does heaven have a dealer?
Do they sell the love cheaper than in Hollywood?
As hell is getting colder
I don’t plan on getting older in this neighbourhood
I’ve seen the sunset rise
Through dilated eye
But I can’t keep this going
So when the sunlight sets and the beat has left my chest
Oh I...Think it’s worth knowing.

When we die .. tell me can we still get high?
When we die .. tell me can we still get high?

If you fall far too deep
Lose yourself in your new life
Head over heals for your new eyes
Let’s name change it your new wife
I wanna know
Do you still keep your promises
And make your time for me
I have a prophecy
I think you can do no wrong.
Hey Hey
It’s a sight to see
When you come back to me
I won’t hold it over your head
To escape the realities
Come and do drugs with me
Come and do drugs with me
Come and do drugs with me

(Can we still get high?)
(Can we still get high?)
(Can we still get high?)
(Can we still get high?)

When we die .. tell me can we still get high?
When we die .. tell me can we still get high?

Lyrics:
Hey
Here I come, the talk of the town
Don’t speak loud in case I turn around
I can read between the lines I’m seeing all the signs
Your words echo in the silence

I’m all you want, I’m the main attraction
Why can’t you give me a true reaction
You think I’m dumb but I know what’s going on

Here we come
Speaking of the devil
Heaven knows
We're on the right level
Here we come
Speaking of the devil
Heaven knows
A scandalous rebel

Oh my god! Keep looking at me
Don’t know what you think you’re gonna see
You hide behind a smile, revealing with your eyes
My name's buried in the silence

The way you’re fakin' it gets me going
My blood is boiling it’s overflowing
You think I’m dumb but I know what’s going on

Here we come
Speaking of the devil
Heaven knows
We're on the right level
Here we come
Speaking of the devil
Heaven knows
A scandalous rebel

Oh yeah yeah yeah
wohoo wohoo wohoo

Here we come
Speaking of the devil
Heaven knows
We're on the right level
Here we come
Speaking of the devil
Heaven knows
A scandalous rebel

Yeah
Speaking of the devil
Heaven knows
We're on the right level
Here we come
Speaking of the devil
Hey
Heaven knows
A scandalous rebel

(Speaking of the devil)
Oh yeah
(We're on the right level)
Let me know what you say when I'm not in the room when I'm looking away
(Speaking of the devil)
I'm a freak
I'm a clown
I'm a white trash bitch, I'm the talk of the town

Mm no no no
Hey!
Oh yeah!

Lyrics:
My spare time and my spare key
Don’t go to your front door
And I don’t keep that old Jeep
In your driveway anymore

And my toothbrush ain’t on your bathroom sink
Haven’t been to your side of town in weeks
You’re the reason this thing broke
So you should already know

It ain’t your place
To walk up say hey ask how I’ve been at some party
It ain’t your place
To ask my friends when you see ‘em out if I’m seeing somebody
You don’t get to call me up
‘Cause you’re drunk
2 a.m. say you miss us
Nah you don’t get to care where I’m waking up these days
It ain’t your place

Don’t reach out
To my family
When their birthdays come around
And don’t act like
You’re happy for me when a dream works out

If I met someone or if I didn’t
Honestly it’s none of your business anyway
‘Cause at the end of the day

It ain’t your place
To walk up say hey ask how I’ve been at some party
It ain’t your place
To ask my friends when you see ‘em out if I’m seeing somebody
You don’t get to call me up
‘Cause you’re drunk
2 a.m. say you miss us
Nah you don’t get to care where I’m waking up these days
It ain’t your place
No, it ain’t your place
No

Don’t say come over, don’t swear that you’re different
You made your bed and I ain’t sleeping in it

It ain’t your place
To walk up say hey ask how I’ve been at some party
It ain’t your place
To ask my friends when you see ‘em out if I’m seeing somebody
You don’t get to call me up
‘Cause you’re drunk
2 a.m. say you miss us
Nah you don’t get to care where I’m waking up these days
It ain’t your place
It ain’t your place

The Best Movie Soundtracks of all Time - Ultimate Compilation

My biggest YouTube project yet. This my tribute to the film music that I've fallen so much in love with. More than 270 minutes of pure masterclass await you. Sit back, close your eyes and simply enjoy.

Please note, that most of the artworks (with few exceptions) and none of the music belongs to me and they belong to their rightful authors and owners. They are only used for the entertainment. The purpose of this video is really only to appreciate and praise what the authors have created and not to steal or ignore anything or anyone.

Challenge: Close your eyes and tell me, how many of the movies you can name instantly when you hear their music.

I tried to include as many iconic scores as possible, but had to limit myself somewhere, because some are just better than the others. Let me know in the comments, which other notable soundtracks have I missed.

Thank you and enjoy!
