Mercyful fate would officially form in 1981 and after a couple of line-up changes the members would be King Diamond, Hank Sherman, Michael Denner, Timi Hansen and Kim Ruzz. This line-up would span the first era of the band up until 1985.

Satanism would play a big part of the band's image and philosophy right from the start. It’s not exactly clear when King Diamond first got his hands on the Satanic Bible, but he states that he lived by its teachings long before reading it.

‘Javelin’ by Sufjan Stevens, released on CD, LP & Digital October 6, 2023

Director, Producer, Animator, & Editor: Stephen Halker
Featuring artwork by Sufjan Stevens

Lyrics:
Chase away my heart and heartache
Run me over, throw me over, cast me out
Find a river running to the west wind
Just above the shoreline
You will see a cloud

Tie me to a tiny wooden raft
Burn my body, point me to the undertow
Push me off into the void at last
Watch me drift and watch me struggle
let me go... ’cause I really wanna know:

Will anybody ever love me?
For good reasons
Without grievance, not for sport
Will anybody ever love me?
In every season
Pledge allegiance to my heart
Pledge allegiance to my burning heart

Hello wildness please forgive me now
For the heartache and the misery I create
Take my suffering as I take my vow
Wash me now, anoint me
With that golden blade

Tie me to the final wooden stake
Burn my body, celebrate the afterglow
Wash away the summer sins I made
Watch me drift and
Watch me struggle, let me go
’cause I really wanna know:

Will anybody ever love me?
For good reasons
Without grievance, not for sport
Will anybody ever love me?
In every season
Pledge allegiance to my heart
Pledge allegiance to my burning heart

Lyrics:

What goes around comes back around...

There was a time
I thought, that you did everything right
No lies, no wrong
Boy I must've been out of my mind
So when I think of the time that I almost loved you
You showed your ass and I, I saw the real you

Thank God you blew it
I thank God I dodged the bullet
I'm so over you
So baby good lookin' out

I wanted you bad
I'm so through with that
'Cause honestly you turned out to be the (best thing I never had)
You turned out to be the (best thing I never had)
And I'm gonna' always be the (best thing you never had)
Oh yeah, I bet it sucks to be you right now

LYRICS

Wake up, we gotta warm our lungs
Sun will light up, it’s all to come
I got no words, I’ll follow you
We got your back, you’re coming too

The weight is lifting off my mind
And everyone is running wild
The Earth has split beneath our toes
And everybody knows

Roll the past away from me
Run along and dip my feet
Hold our breath and we can go down

Hope you see the best in me
Diving under next to me
Hold our breath and we can go down

Wonder how our lives could be
Say it’s warm, just promise me
Hold our breath and we can go down

Hope you see the best in me
Diving under next to me
Hold our breath and we can go down

Load up your bags, we’re gone for days
We’re gonna play the song we made
We weave the sound and string along
We leave the ground, we’re floating on

The weight is lifting off my mind
And everyone is running wild
The Earth is soft beneath my toes
And everyone around me knows

(chorus again)

Doug E. Fresh & The Get Fresh Crew - The Show 1985

Oh my God...

Excuse me Doug E. Fresh
[Doug E. Fresh:] Yes
[Slick Rick:] Have you ever seen a show when fellow on the mic
Wit one million rhymes and don't come out right
They bit, they're never right, that's not polite
Am I lying

No, you're quite right
[Slick Rick:] But tonight on a starry mic you're about to hear
[Both:] We swear the best star rappers of the year
[Slick Rick:]So, so, Cherrio, yo scream at brotha
[Both:] Also if you didn't know this is called the show

Hey yo Doug, what
Put your ballies on
[Doug E. Fresh:]Yo Rick I was about to but I need the shoehorn
[Slick Rick:] Why? Because the shoes always hurt my gong
6 minutes, 6 minutes, 6 minutes Doug E. Fresh you're on
Ah ah on, ah ah on, ah ah ah ah ah ah ah on [Repeat]

Oh my God...
Here we go (Here we go)
C'mon (C'mon) [Repeat]

Yo where's it?
[Slick Rick:] Well I don't know they're late
Tell 'em the time, oh I forgot the date

Man you did it again, oh no
(Yo, here we go, c'mon, here we go, c'mon, here we go
Think we missed the show)
No, no n-n-n-no we didn't (wang)
No, n-n-n-n-no we didn't (w-w-w-wang)
No we didn't, well don't get us wrong
Excuse me Doug E., excuse me Doug E.
Excuse me Doug E. Fresh you're on
Ah ah on, on, on, on, on

Oh my God...

Well it started up on 8th Avenue
And I made up the name the Get Fresh Crew
It was me, my true DJ Jerona, that would be
My right hand man Ricky D.
I used to rap and sing, make sounds and things
For example, here's a telephone ting
(Ring, ring) Hello, is Doug E. Fresh here
(No, he's not in right now)
But anyway, no more delay
Just check out the new style I display
Now you got to be fresh to rock wit fresh
And I'm D-O-U-G-I-E Fresh
And I'm know for the...
Not for the...
The human beat box on the entertainer
No other label that fit me plainer
In a passing generation, I am a remainder
And I'm also known as a beat box trainer
Cashing checks, make sound effects
And after I'm finish rocking, Slick Rick is on next
(You know it) Slick Rick

Well, here's a little something that needs to be heard
Doug, I was walking downtown (Word Rick) word
(Sure) All along, no one to be wit
Step on the D-train, 205th
I saw a pretty girl (so)
So I sat beside her
Then she went roar, she was Tony the Tiger
I said, oh darn, there has been a mistake
Honey, my name's Slick Rick, not frosty flake
(Oh, golly wolly) She was raising hell
She said, um, my name is Maggie but you can call me Michelle
(Rick sings)
Bust a move, we show and prove
Hey, yo, Doug, do that funky jam on a groove

Oh my God...

Thanks to his long term collaboration with Harry Styles, musician Mitch Rowland has written songs that have been streamed billions of times and played sold-out stadiums around the world. Now, the GRAMMY-winning multi-instrumentalist and singer-songwriter from Dublin, Ohio has released his debut solo album, Come June.

Mitch joined us in studio, along with a special cameo from his closest collaborator and wife, fellow musician Sarah Jones. It's 4:00 a.m.
I can't turn my head off
Wishin' these memories would fade
They never do

Turns out people lie
They say, "Just snap your fingers"
As if it was really that easy for me to get over you
I just need time

Snapping one, two
Where are you?
You're still in my heart
Snapping three, four
Don't need you here anymore
Get out of my heart
'Cause I might snap

I'm writing a song
Said this is the last one
How many last songs are left?
I'm losing count

Since June 22nd
My heart's been on fire
I've been spending my nights in the ring
Tryna put it out

So I'm snapping one, two
Where are you?
You're still in my heart
Snapping three, four
Don't need you here anymore
Get out of my heart
'Cause I might snap

Oh-oh-oh-ooh
'Cause I might snap
Oh-oh-oh-ooh

And if one more person says, "You should get over it"
Oh, I might stop talking to people before I snap, snap, snap
Oh, I might stop talking to people before I snap

Snapping one, two
Where are you? (Where are you?)
You're still in my heart (still in my heart)
Snapping three, four
Don't need you here anymore (need you here anymore)
Get out of my heart
'Cause I might…

Oh-oh-oh-ooh (snap)
'Cause I might
Oh-oh-oh-ooh (snap)
Get out of my heart

Oh-oh-oh-ooh
'Cause I might snap
Oh-oh-oh-ooh (get out of my heart, yeah)
'Cause I might snap

Lyrics:

I floated for the longest time
I walked the fall
I walked the rise
And I was flatlined

I wasn’t searching for a sign
You came and took me by surprise
Oh what a landslide

And my arms opened wide
As the universe cried every word
Every line of our lives
For that moment I died
Born again in your eyes
All at once watching two worlds collide

Hallelujah
Hallelujah
For a moment there I finally felt alive
Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Hallelujah you just went and saved my life

I tasted happiness right then
I crave that feeling all again
True obsession

You turned the water into wine
Turned my mundane into divine
Pure perfection

And my arms opened wide
As the universe cried every word
Every line of our lives

For that moment I died
Born again in your eyes
All at once watching two worlds collide

Hallelujah
Hallelujah
For a moment there I finally felt alive
Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Hallelujah you just went and saved my life

Oh-oh-oh, Oh-oh-oh, Oh-oh
Hallelujah you just went and saved my life
Oh-oh-oh, Oh-oh-oh, Oh-oh
Hallelujah you just went and saved my life
Hallelujah

Lyrics

Did you ever want it?
Did you want it bad?
Ohhh, my
It tears me apart
Did you ever fight it?
All of the pain
So much pride
Running through my veins

Bleeding, I'm bleeding
My cold little heart
Oh I, I can't stand myself

And I know
In my heart, in this cold heart
I can live or I can die
I believe if I just try
You believe in you and I
In you and I
In you and I
In you and I

Did you ever notice
I've been ashamed
All my life
I've been playing games
We can try and hide it
It's all the same
I've been losing you
One day at a time

Bleeding, I'm bleeding
My cold little heart
Oh I, I can't stand myself

And I know
In my heart, in this cold heart
I can live or I can die
I believe if I just try
You believe in you and I
In my heart, in this cold heart
I can live or I can die
I believe if I just try
You believe in you and I
In you and I
In you and I
In you and I
In you and I
In you and I
In you and I
In you and I

Maybe this time I can be strong
But since I know who I am
I'm probably wrong
Maybe this time I can go far
But thinking about where I've been
Ain't helping me start

Lyrics:
I know the pieces fit 'cause I watched them fall away
Mildewed and smoldering, fundamental differing
Pure intention juxtaposed will set two lover's souls in motion
Disintegrating as it goes testing our communication

The light that fueled our fire then has burned a hole between us so
We cannot see to reach an end crippling our communication

I know the pieces fit 'cause I watched them tumble down
No fault, none to blame, it doesn't mean I don't desire
To point the finger, blame the other, watch the temple topple over
To bring the pieces back together, rediscover communication

The poetry that comes from the squaring off between
And the circling is worth it
Finding beauty in the dissonance

There was a time that the pieces fit, but I watched them fall away
Mildewed and smoldering, strangled by our coveting
I've done the math enough to know the dangers of our second guessing
Doomed to crumble unless we grow and strengthen our communication

(Cold, cold, cold) cold silence has
A tendency to
Atrophy any
Sense of compassion

Between supposed lovers
Between supposed lovers

I know the pieces fit
I know the pieces fit
I know the pieces fit
I know the pieces fit
I know the pieces fit
I know the pieces fit
I know the pieces fit
I know the pieces fit

Letra de «Kilómetros»

(Uuuh, yeah)

(Hmm, hmm, hmm, hmm)
(Oh, oh, oh, oh)

Tan lejos

(Hmm, hmm)
(Ohh)

Tan lejos

Letra de "En Ésta No"

En ésta no
No me toca ser el que te ama
Ni nos toca hacer juntos la cama
Ni dar cuerda a este reloj
En ésta no
No coinciden nuestros universos

No

En ésta no
No nos toca decirnos te quiero
Ni cuidar lo poco de dinero
Que ha quedado en el cajón
En ésta no
Aunque duela tanto aceptarlo

No

Tal vez en otra vida se nos dé la luz
Tal vez en otra vida seas primero tú
En esta vida
No

Fonseca - En Vivo Y En Directo (Official Video)

https://Fonseca.lnk.to/EnVivoYEnDirecto

Lyrics:

No me hace falta nada

No me hace falta nada

No necesito nada

Vivo soñando contigo
Soñando despierto
Cuando estás conmigo
No necesito nada

Vivo soñando contigo
Soñando despierto
Cuando estás conmigo
No necesito nada

Vivo soñando contigo
Soñando despierto
Cuando estás conmigo
No necesito nada

Vivo soñando contigo
Soñando despierto
Cuando estás conmigo
No necesito nada

Vivo soñando contigo
Soñando en directo
Cuando estás conmigo
No necesito nada

(BIS)
Toda la vida ay amor.
