LYRICS
I’m writing a book on how to stay conscious when you drown
And if the words float up to the surface
I’ll keep them down
This is the first time I know
I don’t want the crown
You can take it now
You promised the world and brought me it hanging from a string
Stuck in my mouth, into my throat
Told me to sing
That was the first time I knew
You can’t kill the king
And those who kiss the ring

Tell me how
It’s better when the sun goes down
We will never escape this town
I wasn’t scared when he caught me
Look what it taught me
Tell me how
It’s better if I make no sound
I will never escape these doubts
I wasn’t dead when they found me
Watch as they pull me down

I’m writing a chapter on what to do after they dig you up
On what to do after you grew to hate what you used to love
That was the first time I knew
They were out for blood
And they would have your guts

Tell me how
It’s better when the sun goes down
We will never escape this town
I wasn’t scared when he caught me
Look what it taught me
Tell me how
It’s better if I make no sound
I will never escape these doubts
I wasn’t dead when they found me
Watch as they pull me down

Watch as they pull me down
Watch as they pull me down
Pulling me down
Dead when they found me
Watch as they pull me down
Watch as they pull me down
Watch as they pull me down
Pulling me down
Dead when they found me
Watch as they pull me down

I’m writing a book on how to stay conscious when you drown
And if the words float up to the surface
I’ll keep them down
This is the first time I know
I don’t want the crown
You can take it now
You can take it now
Take it now

LYRICS

He said
“You bore me to death”
“I know you heard me the first time” and
“Be sad but don’t be depressed”
Just think it over, over and
He said
“It’s all in your head”
“But keep an ear to the grapevine” and
“Get drunk but don’t be a mess”
Keep thinking over, over
I try

But it’s hard to hit rewind
When I feel like
I feel like I’m losing my mind
Feel like I’m losing my mind
Feel like I’m losing my mind
Over and over I
Feel like I’m losing my mind
Feel like I’m losing my mind
Feel like I’m losing my mind
Over and over
I try

He said
“You need to be fed”
“But keep an eye on your waistline” and
“Look good but don’t be obsessed”
Keep thinking over, over
I try

But it’s hard to know what’s right
When I feel like I’m borrowing all of my time
And it’s hard to hit rewind
When I feel like
I feel like I’m losing my mind
Feel like I’m losing my mind
Feel like I’m losing my mind
Over and over I
Feel like I’m losing my mind
Feel like I’m losing my mind
Feel like I’m losing my mind
Over and over

I feel like I’m losing my mind
Feel like I’m losing my mind
Feel like I’m losing my mind
Over and over I
Feel like I’m losing my mind
Feel like I’m losing my mind
Feel like I’m losing my mind
Over and over
I try

Lyrics (English Translation):
(Intro)
Since I was born I was doing it... (x4)

(Hook)
Since I was born I’ve been doing good and bad
Gave twice what I took, did good and bad
Sweat and blood, chest out, doing good today
Not afraid, learnt what’s good by going the bad way

(Verse 1)
Good and bad, good and bad
who’s your own, who do you have?
Black clouds, black rain
What’s your religion, what is your race?
Who made it all, who’s the master?
The crazy sacrifice of true disaster

Who chooses between the nation and personal gain
Shine light on humanity, I don’t understand religion-race
You were still on Daddy, I was on that Maggi
You were wearing skinny, I was rocking baggy
This rap and hip-hop wasn’t in the planning
It was just earning money that I was planning
Dirty or clean, food has to be had
when there’s no milk at home, you forget it all - what’s good and bad?

(Chorus)
Since I was born I’ve been doing good and bad
Gave twice what I took, did good and bad
Sweat and blood, chest out, doing good today
Not afraid, learnt what’s good by going the bad way

(Verse 2)
Good and bad, good and bad
For the good of tomorrow, today we do bad
Black clothes, black night
Who’s with you when the journey’s long
The car moves, the hands turn
Work hard and luck follows suit
when special cards are dealt to all of you
They suffer and act like a corpse
They all just waiting for my fall
Gonna stay on top till the death of me
Lion unleashed, there’s blood on my teeth
Jealousy’s a sickness that they always go with
That’s why I kept my distance before COVID
So immoral they keep changing thrones now and
You’re a loser, your songs are cheap-sounding
Those that can’t fight, only throw swears down and
Act like they Moses even when they’re drowning
They’re blind believers, believe in the fake
I believe only in God, cuz humans are snakes
Gonna stay number one till I become a corpse
My spirit’s Divine, I won’t even become a corpse
I’m sitting on my throne, keep dancing, you clown
Your days are numbered, every breath you should count
I’ma live that OG

(Chorus)
Since I was born I’ve been doing good and bad
Gave twice what I took, did good and bad
Sweat and blood, chest out, doing good today
Not afraid, learnt what’s good by going the bad way

(Outro)
Go live your life, son, death's coming for you
Doesn't matter how much good or bad you do
We lived in cages, now it's time to fly free
Only when I'm the one cooking does it taste good to me
This ain't my second album, it's my second book
We're the cats you don't want to cross
Only one we scared of is God
Doing good and bad

☞ About Cercle Festival 2024

Cercle Festival 2024 brought together 3 stages, 37 artists and 24,000 music enthusiasts on the tarmac of the National Air & Space Museum of France. This majestic metropolitan site features an impressive collection of air and space travel artefacts—notably the Ariane V rocket & the A380 and Concorde aircrafts that form the three stages of the festival. As a former airfield, it was the starting point for the first airline flights to Brussels and London in 1919 and witnessed Charles Lindbergh's historic North Atlantic flight in 1927.

Lyrics:

Bellaquita no quiere parar
Y yo no sé retroceder

Mami a casa caile
Que el over-time lo pago

Que vamo´ a hacer, que vamo´ hacer
Hoy la noche se va a prender
Ese culo sube el vapor
Creo que el tique va a llover
Subiendo de nivel
Llega el amanecer
Bellaquita no quiere parar
Y yo no sé retroceder

Siente el bajo, mami siente el bajo (siente siente)
Sky Rompiendo el bajo (siente siente) el bajo Rauw Rauw, Rauw Alejandro
