Warren Zeiders - Pretty Little Poison. An exclusive performance for Vevo.

You know how it is when people really connect with a song. It doesn't just become a favorite ditty, it takes over their lives, turns into an anthem. That's pretty much what happened to "Ride The Lightning," Warren Zeider's first big hit and the lead track from the rising country singer's '717 Tapes' project. The Pennsylvania native with the Christian background says the right song "can make you feel your feelings more," and he's right about that. He grew up on a variety of music styles, and picked up a six-string after noticing that girls liked singers and becoming a Guitar Hero addict. He's not one to shy away from rock - dude covers Lynyrd Skynyrd's "Simple Man" - and several of his songs are just as tough as they are tender. See "Wild Horse" for something on the latter side. When he hit our studio, Zeiders had plenty of performance practice behind him. 2023 is all about the road, and the first stretch, which culminated at the Stagecoach Fest, led the way for a busy second half of the year. He's got a fierce side, and it's front and center in these spins of "Pretty Little Poison” and “Pain Killer.”

In this flashback clip from 2017, former cop Derrick Parker detailed the infamous club shooting involving Diddy, Jennifer Lopez, and Shyne. Parker explained what the Rap Intelligence Unit was and what the unit was able to accomplish. He also opened up about the struggles Diddy faced while running Bad Boy Records before talking about the night of the club shooting. The former cop claimed the altercation started after someone threw money in Diddy's face, resulting in Shyne allegedly firing a weapon and striking a victim in the face. Parker also claimed he was the one who drove J.Lo to the precinct before addressing Shyne's 10-year sentence. The alleged shooting victim has recently claimed that it was Diddy who fired the gun amid multiple lawsuits aimed at the music mogul.

Eric Smith, better known by his stage name E-Moneybags, was an American rapper, who was born in Brooklyn, New York, but raised and spent most of his life in Queens. During his career, E-Moneybags worked with several well-known hip-hop acts, like Tupac Shakur, Live Squad, Prodigy, Noreaga, Bravehearts, Notorious B.I.G, and Nas. His connections within the hip-hop community were significant, and he collaborated with various artists. The most notable of these connections was his friendship with Prodigy from Mobb Deep. This association provided E-Moneybags with a platform to collaborate with one of the influential figures in East Coast hip-hop. Their friendship went beyond music, as they shared experiences and a deep connection rooted in their similar backgrounds and life struggles. Although E-Moneybags didn't release a mainstream album, he was featured on various mixtapes and collaborated with other underground artists. His music often reflected the harsh realities of street life, addressing topics such as crime, poverty, and the challenges of growing up in urban environments. Despite growing up in the same city, Jay-Z and E-Moneybags had a pretty turbulent relationship, with one instance even almost becoming deadly. The bad blood is thought to have originated over Smith's displeasure with Jay-Z having an artist on his Roc-A-Fella Records roster named "H Money Bags", which lead to a verbal confrontation between the two during an interview with Jay-Z on New York's Hot 97 radio show. Taking a short break from the Be Here Now tour as I've just discovered I had this and I wanted to make a proper complete version of the video.

My first time properly uploading video to this channel and quite fitting it is the first show of the SOTSOG tour and the first show of the new millennium, live on Jools Holland. The band were given literally the entire episode, where every song but three from the performance were shown. Acquiesce and Sunday Morning Call were never broadcast so are missing from this; however, Live Forever was broadcast 3 days before the Jools Holland broadcast on TOTP2, so that is included here too. The Jools set was sourced from the 2022 rebroadcast of the gig and Live Forever from the originally 2000 broadcast.

We see the first proper performances of Go Let It Out, Gas Panic, Where Did It All Go Wrong and Who Feels Love tonight with WDIAGW being played acoustically compared to it being played on electric on the normal tour. This also includes one of three My Generation performances from 2000. We would also see a few songs returning to the set which we haven't seen in a while, Rock 'n' Roll Star returns after being absent since the Morning Glory tour and Some Might Say also returns after being absent since the Be Here Now tour.

This gig would also be our first proper showing of the new lineup, Liam sounds a lot like he did in the few 1999 shows, but does struggle a bit more here with some of the songs where he'd be expected to show off. Noel and the rest of the band are still figuring it out which is quite evident here but they do quite well, shame the crowd doesn't seem that up for it though.
