Rock on, gold dust woman
Take your silver spoon, dig your grave
Heartless challenge
Pick your path and I'll pray

Wake up in the mornin'
See your sunrise, loves go down
Lousy lovers pick their prey
But they never cry out loud, cry out

Ooh, did she make you cry, make you break down
Shatter your illusions of love?
And is it over now, do you know how?
Pick up the pieces and go home

Rock on ancient queen
Follow those who pale in your shadow
Rulers make bad lovers
You better put your kingdom up for sale, up for sale

Ooh, did she make you cry, make you break down
Shatter your illusions of love?
And is it over now, do you know how?
Pickup the pieces and go home
Well did she make you cry, make you break down
Shatter your illusions of love?
And now tell me, is it over now, do you know how?
Pickup the pieces and go home, go home, go home

Hey, shadow of woman, black widow
Hey, shadow of woman, dark woman
Hmm, pale shadow of woman
Hmm, black widow
Pale shadow whose dark eyes glow
Dark woman

'Smile' Lyrics –
When you first left me
I was wanting more
But you were fucking that girl next door
What'd you do that for? (what'd you do that for?)

When you first left me
I didn't know what to say
I'd never been on my own that way
Just sat by myself all day

I was so lost back then
But with a little help from my friends
I found the light in the tunnel at the end

Now you're calling me up on the phone
So you can have a little whine and a moan
And it's only because you're feeling alone

At first when I see you cry
It makes me smile
Yeah, it makes me smile
At worst I feel bad for awhile
But then I just smile
I go ahead and smile

Whenever you see me
You say that you want me back
And I tell you it don't mean jack
No, it don't mean jack

I couldn't stop laughing
No, I just couldn't help myself
See, you messed up my mental health
I was quite unwell

I was so lost back then
But with a little help from my friends
I found the light in the tunnel at the end

Now you're calling me up on the phone
So you can have a little whine and a moan
It's only because you're feeling alone

At first when I see you cry
Yeah, it makes me smile
Yeah, it makes me smile
At worst I feel bad for awhile
But then I just smile
I go ahead and smile

La-la-la, la-la-la, la-la-la, la-la-la
La-la-la, la-la-la, la-la-la, la-la-la
La-la-la, la-la-la, la-la-la, la-la-la

At first when I see you cry
It makes me smile
Yeah, it makes me smile
At worst I feel bad for awhile
But then I just smile
I go ahead and smile

At first when I see you cry
It makes me smile
Yeah, it makes me smile
At worst I feel bad for awhile
But then I just smile
I go ahead and smile

About TL Cross
The inextricability of music, spirituality and Black culture is something that award-winning singer-songwriter producer veteran TL Cross recognized early in his life growing up in the Jamaica section of Queens, New York. The historical communities served as hubs for jazz musicians like Count Basie, Ella Fitzgerald, and John Coltrane and later became an incubator of the burgeoning hip-hop scene of the 1980s which produced the legendary likes of LL Cool J, Salt-N-Pepa and later, A Tribe Called Quest. There is tremendous evidence of this explanation in Cross’ own body of work which spans almost a quarter of a century. Cross exudes the confidence to approach his own art with a methodology that most always demonstrates the breadth of Black American music creating thoroughly conceived odes, nods, and nuances juxtaposed with the continuum of modernism that his progenitors fought for.

Lyrics:
Would you pray for comfort?
When they’re made to suffer,
Would you shield your eyes or lead?

Are you just another,
Self indulgent convert?
Never really knowing what it’s like to bleed

Cos you make me who I am,
Take a look in the mirror,
Is the clarity clearer?
So why can’t you understand?
I’ve been crossing the river,
But you make me forget I can stand

Crossing your path,
Holding your hands,
Clasping together as we burn in the ember

You want the truth?
You’re sinking too,
You want the truth?
You’re sinking too!

Cos you make me who I am,
Take a look in the mirror,
Is the clarity clearer?
So why can’t you understand?
I’ve been crossing the river,
But you make me forget I can stand

Who I am,
Who I am,
Who I am,
Who I am

You want the truth?
You’re sinking too,
You want the truth?
You’re sinking too!

Cos you make me who I am,
Take a look in the mirror,
Is the clarity clearer?
So why can’t you understand?
I’ve been crossing the river,
But you make me forget I can stand

Who I am,
Who I am,
Who I am,
Who I am

LL Cool J goes all in with Felli Fel to talk about his return to the big stage to celebrate 50 years of hip-hop! The east-coast hip-hop icon looks to give fans an incredible hip-hop experience through special guests and exciting album collaborations.

Though inspired by doubters to prove his longevity, LL Cool J acknowledges his new album might not be palatable to everyone, but hopes to prove that he still got it while uniting generations through his rhymes. The hip-hop legend opened up about embracing other artists and drawing inspiration from them, coining the term “The Goat,” and the confrontation with the burglar who broke into his home in 2012.

LL Cool J claims he wants to deliver a personalized vibe to every city in his upcoming tour with the respective guest for every city. The celebration of Hip-Hop culture presented by Rock The Bells & Live Nation Urban will also include The Roots, the legendary DJ Jazzy Jeff and DJ Z-Trip across all dates, with feature collaborative performances on select dates with Salt-N-Pepa, Queen Latifah, Rakim, Common, Mc Lyte, Method Man & Redman, Big Boi, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, Ice T, Juvenile, Doug E. Fresh & Slick Rick, De La Soul, Rick Ross, Goodie Mob and Jadakiss.

Lyrics:

Sadness always finds an in
Sneaks its way past infecting everything
And every chapter has an end
But this is one momentous sequel don’t you think?

And the blackbirds they fly
Like a frown on the skyline

Right now I feel I’m running from the light
Engulfed in darkness
Shielded from my eyes
One foot in, one out
I’m stuck on the borderline
Which way will I?

Guess I should take this on the chin
But I don’t even know how all of this began
We are made to mould and bend
How can I wish for nothing when it’s still a sin?

Right now I feel I’m running from the light
Engulfed in darkness
Shielded from my eyes
One foot in, one out
I’m stuck on the borderline
Which way will I?

Tears never arrive
These ducts are dry
We are so blind
Waiting on the borderline
Waiting on the borderline

So I will pour another drink
And try to drown the pain with salt along the rim
And I’ll shut off the things I think
‘Coz nothing good will ever come from worrying

Right now I feel I’m running from the light
Engulfed in darkness
Shielded from my eyes
One foot in, one out
I’m stuck on the borderline
Which way will I?

Tears never arrive
These ducts are dry
We are so blind

We're sure the Trunchball will be quaking in her boots after this! They're cheeky, they've got attitude and they're totally REVOLTING!

Lyrics:
Breathe in - breathe out
We're up - we're down
But life goes on - my son

Life could be a killer
Life could be a thriller
Life could be the hardest of things

It lifts you to the top
And it drops you like you're hot
And breaks your crown to fix it again

Everybody's rushing
Everybody's jumping
Everyone is running the wheel

No way's ever straight
Every dead end a new fate
And nothing is as bad as it seems

Breathing out - breathing in
Let me tell you just one thing:

Breathe in - breathe out
We're up - we're down
But life goes on

What's right? What's wrong?
You're not alone
Hey life goes on

Life could be a wonder
Life could be a thunder
Life could be the meanest of things

One day you fly high
The next day makes you cry
Joy and pain are playing their game

Everyone's competing
Everyone is cheating
Everyone's the player in town

But no matter what they say
Let 'em be - don't be afraid
Son, you'll never walk alone in the crowd

Breathing out - breathing in
Let me tell you just one thing:

Breathe in - breathe out
We're up - we're down
But life goes on

What's right? What's wrong?
You're not alone
Hey life goes on

Life goes on
Breathe in - breathe out
We're up - we're down
But life goes on
Life goes on
But life goes on

What's right? What's wrong?
You're never alone
I’m with you son

I’m with you son

Hey yeah

Kanye West Reveals Why Clive Davis K!lled Whitney Houston

Did Kanye West just expose Clive Davis for killing Whitney Houston? Kanye recently spoke about how Hollywood elites will often stage a celebrity death to make it look like they unalived themselves and fans are now saying this is exactly what happened to Whitney…

See, just hours after Whintey was discovered in her hotel room bathtub, her longtime mentor Clive Davis held a pre-Grammy party in the same hotel and he allegedly knew that Whitney’s body was still in the building!!
