Lyrics:
We could fill a thousand books
With the stories of Your goodness
And still it couldn’t capture who You are

You’ve been faithful every age
You are Alpha and Omega
The greatness of Your love sets You apart

Oh let our worship sound like heaven
Singing the words we’ll sing forever

Singing holy
Worthy
Singing glory
In the highest
In the highest

Since before the dawn of time
You’ve had endless choirs of angels
All singing out Your praises on and on

So let our worship sound like heaven
Singing words will sing forever
And let every living creature join the song

Singing holy
Worthy
Singing glory
In the highest
In the highest

You are holy
Worthy
We give You glory
Amen

Praise the Father, Praise the Spirit
Praise the Risen One
He who was
He who is
He who is to come
Praise the Lion, Praise the Lamb
For all He is and all He’s done
We’ll sing these words forever
We’ll sing these words forever
We’ll sing these words forever

Lyrics:
Left my home
for jet black gold
Sold my soul
in a fever, in a fever
Changed my name
a suicide game
Machine guns on
my t-shirt, my t-shirt
it’s been a long ride
but the ride is all I know

I’m still dancing
But now I ain’t alone
I got everything I need next to me
Right here in my bones
I’m still dancing
But now I’m in control
I got everything I need next to me
From LA to Tokyo

Say yeah, yeah, yeah
Say yeah, yeah, yeah
Say yeah, yeah, yeah
I’m still dancing

Plastic bag
full of clothes
Turn to robes
in the ether, in the ether
I smashed hotels
and hurt myself
But I always stayed
a believer, a believer
It’s been a long ride but…

I’m still dancing
But now I ain’t alone
I got everything I need next to me
Right here in my bones
I’m still dancing
But now I’m in control
I got everything I need next to me
From LA to Tokyo

Say yeah, yeah, yeah
Say yeah, yeah, yeah
Say yeah, yeah, yeah
I’m still dancing

Skinheads stomp
Right down the road
Teddy Boys stood
clutching their combs
Reggae blitz rock
Deep to the core
in Brixton
Punks trying to riot
Up on the high street
Causing a ruckus
Who wants to fight me?
Pogo slam
No need to remind me

I’m still dancing
But now I ain’t alone
I got everything I need next to me
Right here in my bones

I’m still dancing
But now I’m in control
I got everything I need next to me
From LA to Tokyo

Say yeah, yeah, yeah
I’m still dancing

The Untold Story Behind The First Rapper to Become Mayor (Animated Doc) Hotney 10 Görünümler • 1 yıl önce

Uncover the story of DJ Cli-N-Tel, the first rapper to be elected mayor!

I’ll take you through his journey, breaking down his role in mentoring a young Ice Cube, writing Dre’s very first rap verses, and discovering Dub-C

We’ll explore his dedication to activism — from fighting for equal rights to helping calm g*ng violence in Los Angeles, and guiding the youth of his community,
a commitment that naturally paved the way for more than two decades of sharing his knowledge as a teacher.
And of course, we’ll follow his path all the way to becoming the mayor of California City.

This is an independent episode tied directly to our animated docuseries, N.W.A Origins — and it’s part of a collection of standalone
bonus episodes highlighting the overlooked key figures who played a role in the group’s rise.
