///Song Lyrics

B.B. King is the greatest living exponent of the blues and considered by many to be the most influential guitarist of the latter part of the 20th century. His career dates back to the late forties and despite now being in his eighties he remains a vibrant and charismatic live performer. B.B. King has been a frequent visitor to the Montreux festival, appearing nearly 20 times, so choosing one performance was no easy task. This 1993 concert will surely rank as one of his finest at any venue. With a superb backing band and a great set list its a must for any blues fan.

The thrill is gone
The thrill is gone away
The thrill is gone baby
The thrill is gone away
You know you done me wrong baby
And you'll be sorry someday

The thrill is gone
It's gone away from me
The thrill is gone baby
The thrill is gone away from me
Although, I'll still live on
But so lonely I'll be

The thrill is gone
It's gone away for good
The thrill is gone baby
It's gone away for good
Someday I know I'll be open armed baby
Just like I know a good man should

You know I'm free, free now baby
I'm free from your spell
Oh I'm free, free, free now
I'm free from your spell
And now that it's all over
All I can do is wish you well

Led Zeppelin formed in 1968 and went on to become one of the most influential, innovative, and successful groups in modern music, having sold more than 300 million albums worldwide. The band rose from the ashes of The Yardbirds, when Jimmy Page brought in John Bonham, John Paul Jones, and Robert Plant to tour as The New Yardbirds. In 1969, Led Zeppelin released its self-titled debut which was produced by Page, as were all the subsequent albums. It marked the beginning of a 12-year reign, during which the group was widely considered to be the biggest and most innovative rock band in the world.

Letra/Lyrics:
Bailemos Reggaeton

Bailemos Reggaeton

Lyrics:
I know my life will never be the same
You made your choice and I will not complain
Don’t raise your voice
Please don’t speak my name
Just say goodbye
It’s too late to lie

I’ve been in love already so I’ve felt real hurt
But I couldn’t have imagined it could get any worse
Realizing I don’t know you is just real absurd
I really got to say you’ve got a way with words
All those moments we’d share, You’d bare me your soul
Behind the perfect smile were just lies that you told
Said you’d always be there, I believed you for sure
But I watched you disappear when I needed you most

My life will never be the same
You made your choice and I will not complain
Don’t raise your voice
Please don’t speak my name
Just say goodbye
It’s too late to lie

You gimmie one a dem sweet lies
How silly am I
For watering a love that wasn’t really alive
And now it feels like it was all in disguise
The way you switched up on me got me losing my mind
Cause we spoke of the past and I told you the pain
That I had to endure over and over again
Even you though you assured me this won’t be the same
You went and did just that, was it all just a game?

I know my life will never be the same
You made your choice and I will not complain
Don’t you raise your voice
Please don’t speak my name
Just say goodbye
It’s too late to lie

Just say it’s too late to lie my love
You’ve lied enough
And it’s insane I keep finding ways to change the past
But all of these sad memories were once good times
The reality is no matter how I try I know…

My life will never be the same
You made your choice and I will not complain
Don’t raise your voice
Please don’t say my name
Just say goodbye
It’s too late to lie

Just say goodbye
It’s too late to lie

Diljá will represent Iceland at the Eurovision Song Contest 2023 in Liverpool with the song Power.

Thanks to participating broadcaster RÚV: @nymidlar

~~~~~ Lyrics ~~~~~
I'm ready to let you go
Won't hold you back no more
Go on spread your wings and fly away
Been carrying you way too long
Like an obsession
I thought you were a living part of me
But I got my power in my hand
You hold no power over me
I’ll take my flowers while I can
So let the love shower over me
You hold no p-p-p-power over me
You hold no p-p-p-power over me
I'm not doing this dance again
so goodbye old friend
Tired of finding meaning in the dark
I'm releasing all of you
In gratitude
Replacing you with light that fills my heart
But I got my power in my hand
You hold no power over me
I’ll take my flowers while I can
So let the love shower over me
You hold no p-p-p-power over me
You hold no p-p-p-power over me
I’ll take my flowers while I can
So let the love shower over me
You hold no p-p-p-power over me
You hold no p-p-p-power over me
Cameron Whitcomb - Options (Lyrics)
[Verse 1]
Is it a relapse if it's just a drink?
A picture perfect party full of friends I used to keep
My favorite vices I used to need
Are lined up on the countertop, and they're calling out to me
Would I still survive it, or have I lost my edge?
You're never quite alive as when you're shaking hands with death
Would I still remember how to lose my mind?
Oh, I'd like to think I might
[Chorus]
I won't, but I could pull that bottle off that shelf
It helps me cope knowing I could be that version of myself
Could disappеar for a week, for a month, for a year
Wake up at home or in a coffin
It's nicе to know I got options
[Verse 2]
Oh, I can hear that quiet knock
I open up the door I could've swore I triple locked
Invite my skeletons to come on in, with their hollow eyes and that awful itch
And we're chewing through the air to tell a story
Would I still survive it, or have I lost my edge?
You're never quite alive as when you're shaking hands with death
Would I still remember how to lose my mind?
Well, I might just give it a try
[Chorus]
I won't, but I could pull that bottle off that shelf
It helps me cope knowing I could be that version of myself
Could disappear for a week, for a month, for a year
Wake up at home or in a coffin
It's nice to know I got options
Oh, I got options
[Bridge]
Long as that devil on my shoulder and my angel keep talking
I got options
Oh, I got options
Long as my hell ain't frozen over, oh, it's nice to know
[Chorus]
I won't, but I could pull that bottle off that shelf
It helps me cope knowing I could be that version of myself
Could disappear for a week, for a month, for a year
Wake up at home or in a coffin
It's nice to know
[Chorus]
That I won't, but I could pull that bottle off that shelf
It helps me cope knowing I could be that version of myself
I'll disappear for a week, for a month, for a year
Wake up at home or in a coffin
LYRICS
I woke up to the morning sky, first
Baby blue, just like we rehearsed
When I get up off this ground
I shake leaves back down to the brown, brown, brown, brown
'Til I'm clean
Then I walk where I'd be shaded by the trees
By a meadow of green
For about a mile
I'm headed to town, town, town, in style
With all my favorite colors, yes, sir
All my favorite colors, right on
My sisters and my brothers
See 'em like no other
All my favorite colors
It's a good day to be
A good day for me
A good day to see
My favorite colors, colors
My sisters and my brothers
They see 'em like no other
All my favorite colors
Now take me to other side
Little bitty blues bird flies
And gray clouds, or white walls, or blue skies
We gon' fly, feel alright
And we gon' (Ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh, ooh), yeah
It sound like (Ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh, ooh), yeah
The least I can say, I anticipate
A homecoming parade as we renegade
In the morning, right on
With all my favorite colors, yes, sir
All my favorite colors, yes, ma'am
My sisters and my brothers
See 'em like no other
All my favorite colors
All my favorite colors, right
All my favorite colors, yes, ma'am
My sisters and my brothers
See 'em like no other
All my favorite colors
It's a good day to be
A good day for me
A good day to see my favorite colors, colors
My sisters and my brothers
They see 'em like no other
All my favorite colors
