Bob Marley and the Wailers perform "Wake Up And Live" ('Survival') to close out the Amandla Festival of Unity at Harvard Stadium in Boston, MA on the 21st of July, 1979!

The festival was put on to raise funds and awareness for the rebels in South Africa fighting for their independence, and Bob performed at the festival for free to help support the cause.

On 24 May 2007, singer-songwriter Amy Winehouse was awarded the Ivor Novello Best Contemporary Song for her hit single, Rehab. On stage to accept the award, Winehouse joked that she hadn't even had time to get drunk beforehand. Backstage, Winehouse spoke to a number of journalists – including one who Winehouse called out for their "rude" behaviour. The acclaimed artist told journalists how it felt to win an award for her songwriting, and who she was looking forward to meeting backstage. She also made reference to her recent marriage to Blake Fielder-Civil, who she described as "the best man in the world".

Speaking on what would have been Amy Winehouse's 40th birthday, her ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil today said he would do "nearly everything differently" if he were given a chance to rewind time. Speaking to Good Morning Britain, the star's ex-husband told the hosts: "It’s devastating she’s not here. I think about her all the time, I thought about her this morning when I said my happy birthday to her, she was my best friend."

“ALL NIGHT”
We were toxic
We were cursed
Every time we tried, never worked
I was bad but, you were worse
Tried to win this game of who broke who first

Cause when you show up,
Did you think your world
Was just kiss and tell with no consequence
Cause you fucked me up and I’m done with ya
‘Til I feel your kiss again

Yeah we can go, all night
All night, ‘til the sunlight, sunlight
And if you just take my heart,
We can go on and on ‘til morning
We (do it) all night, we (do it) all night
(Until) the sunlight, (until) the sunlight
And if you just take my heart,
We can go on and on and on all right

Ohhh ohhh ohhh
Oh oh oh
Ohhh ohhh ohhh

You’re a deep cut, you’re a burn
But I like the way that it hurts
When you leave me, on the floor
I’m sick in the head cause I still want more

Cause when you show up,
Did you think your world
Was just kiss and tell with no consequence
Cause you fucked me up and I’m done with ya
‘Til I feel your kiss again

Yeah we can go, all night
All night, ‘til the sunlight, sunlight
And if you just take my heart,
We can go on and on ‘til morning
(We do it) all night, (we do it) all night
(Until) the sunlight, (until) the sunlight
And if you just take my heart,
We can go on and on and on all right

Yeah yeah yeah
Ohhh ohhh ohhh
Oh oh oh
Ohhh ohhh ohhh

Yeah we can go, all night
All night, ‘til the sunlight, sunlight
And if you just take my heart,
We can go on and on ‘til morning
(We do it) all night, (we do it) all night
(Until) the sunlight, (until) the sunlight
And if you just take my heart,
We can go on and on and on all right

Ohhh ohhh ohhh
Oh oh oh
Ohhh ohhh ohhh
Yeah yeah yeah
Ohhh ohhh ohhh
Oh oh oh
Ohhh ohhh ohhh
Oh oh oh

In this episode I rediscover the greatest guitar solo that is inaudible from this classic song.

Twitter

Lyrics:

When the night falls down
I wait for you, and you come around
And the world's alive
With the sound of kids on the street outside

When you walk into the room
You pull me close, and we start to move
And we're spinnin' with the stars above
And you lift me up in a wave of love

Ooh, baby, do you know what that's worth?
Ooh, Heaven is a place on Earth
They say in Heaven, love comes first
We'll make Heaven a place on Earth
Ooh, Heaven is a place on Earth

When I feel alone
I reach for you, and you bring me home
When I'm lost at sea
I hear your voice, and it carries me

In this world, we're just beginnin'
To understand the miracle of livin'
Baby, I was afraid before
But I'm not afraid anymore

Ooh, baby, do you know what that's worth?
Ooh, Heaven is a place on Earth
They say in Heaven, love comes first
We'll make Heaven a place on Earth
Ooh, Heaven is a place on Earth

Heaven
Heaven
Heaven

In this world we're just beginnin'
To understand the miracle of livin'
Baby, I was afraid before
But I'm not afraid anymore

Heaven

Ooh, baby, do you know what that's worth?
Ooh, Heaven is a place on Earth
They say in Heaven, love comes first
We'll make Heaven a place on Earth

PALOMA MAMI

REMIX

FEID
Aqui estoy , Ultra Solo
pensando en que me cambiaste por otro
pensando en como lo perdimos todo
pensando en como lo perdimos todo
Aqui estoy , Ultra Solo

PALOMA MAMI
Ultra sola, ultra rica , perdiste senda gatita

fuiste mi estrella fugaz yo te paso deseando
Tu besos me saben a miel
yo quiero tocarte la piel
quiero que tu seas mi mujer
no quiero que la vayamos a vender
mi amor sincero te puedo ofrecer
miremos juntitos el amanecer
mientras nos estamos besando
yo quiero que tu seas mi champions

DE LA GHETTO
Super mega ultra solo
Y no puedo darte unfollow
Dicen que los hombres no lloran
Por ese culito lloro
Baby girl me siento triste
Ahora te ando buscando por New york city,

Lyrics:

Lover, I'm off the streets
I'm gonna go where the bright lights
And the big city meet
With a red guitar, on fire
Desire.

She's the candle burnin' in my room
Yeah, I'm like the needle
The needle and spoon
Over the counter, with a shotgun
Pretty soon, everybody's got one
I'm in a fever, when I'm beside her
Desire
Desire.

And the fever, gettin' higher
Desire
Desire.
(Burning, burning).

She's the dollars
She's my protection
Yeah, she's the promise
In the year of election.
Sister I can't let you go
Like a preacher stealin' hearts at a travellin' show
For love or money, money, money... ?
And the fever, gettin' higher.
Desire.

Ich und Ich - Pflaster
Text:
