即將發行全新二號章《狂人》的蕭秉治，為引頸企盼的歌迷掀起「狂人」的終極浪漫狂潮，最熟悉的蕭氏經典情歌再度歸來，挾帶〈我好想好想你〉以及〈愛過你有多久就有多痛〉千萬點閱氣勢，全新專輯首波抒情主打〈毒藥〉，再次觸動樂迷情感，蕭秉治也以此首歌曲為狂人的浪漫與愛寫下最好的註解！

〈毒藥〉MV則邀請到執導千萬電影票房《人面魚：紅衣小女孩外傳》、NETFLIX影集《誰是被害者》以及愛奇藝懸疑劇集《逆局》的導演莊絢維操刀。從前期腳本討論、拍攝到後期製作，總共耗時超過120天高規格打造深具電影感之影像，讓人猶如走進一幕幕揪心的電影情節。而MV大量寫實逼真的後期特效，更邀請到金馬獎最佳視覺特效團隊「再現影像」精心打造，耗時兩個月的後期製作，力求完美撼動，精緻呈現出天搖地動後的城市頹圯瘡痍，也將〈毒藥〉裡的史詩情感推向極致格局。

MV主軸以「記憶」為題貫串影像，講述相愛的兩人因故被迫分開，戀戀不捨的一方透過修改記憶，回到心愛的人身旁，只為讓他最愛的人最後記憶有他陪伴著，導演也特別設計一枚「無限戒指」象徵愛的永恆，也呼應歌詞所述：「只要在彼此身邊／我們就是無限」。
