Lyrics:
Well, that is that and this is this
You tell me what you want and I'll tell you what you get
You get away from me, you get away from me
Collected my belongings and I left the jail
Well, thanks for the time, I needed to think a spell
I had to think awhile, I had to think awhile

Lyrics |

Lyrics:

Scream into the void, blood runs cold
My heart beats like thunder
Chains of agony, walls of despair
I'm crying tears of fire

Our dreams of hope, still burning bright
In this world of total darkness
Rivers of hate, oceans of pain
We fight the fight

Drums of war
Hear them beating in the night
Heroes rise
And we are crying tears of fire
Heart of the storm
Hear the last battle cry
Heroes die
And we are crying tears of fire

Tears of fire

Run into the storm, nothing to lose
I'm bursting with self-conviction
Now this is my time, I'll conquer all
I'm flying on adrenaline

No looking back, no more regrets
I'm stepping forward with no second guess
I've shed the past, I'm free to last
This strength will last

Drums of war
Hear them beating in the night
Heroes rise
And we are crying tears of fire
Heart of the storm
Hear the last battle cry
Heroes die
And we are crying tears of fire

Our dreams of hope, still burning bright
In this world of total darkness
Rivers of hate, oceans of pain
We fight the fight

Drums of war
Hear them beating in the night
Heroes rise
And we are crying tears of fire
Heart of the storm
Hear the last battle cry
Heroes die
And we are crying tears of fire

Tears of fire

Jeffery Jordan, Spencer Stewart, and Garrison Burgess, otherwise known as The Band CAMINO, are enjoying much success on Spotify. Their latest album, The Dark, reached number 6 on Spotify’s Global charts and number 1 on Spotify’s U.S. chart when it dropped in August. The guys stopped by our Hits the Spot studio just after playing New York City’s Hammerstein Ballroom and shared what it means to sound like a band, how they sort out their setlist, why the best place to listen to new music is on a boat, and the ripple effects of landing a prime spot on Taylor Swift’s list of most-loved tracks.

Lyrics:
So far away I’m dead awoken
And I’m faded out of breath
Life falls to grey hope of the hopeless
And I pray without a prayer

Cut my cover down
In the hollow between
You find the venom in me
Rip my world apart
In the sorrow beneath
You find the devil in me

Stay forever in the light
I awaken I arise
I still hear the call of life
I’m taken by the tide

Life falls to grey hope of the hopeless
And now only lost remain
Tear my head apart
A broken life has left me born to burn

Stay forever in the light
I awaken I arise
I still hear the call of life
I’m taken by the tide
Stay forever in the light
I awaken I survive
I still hear the call of life
I’m taken by the tide

Arise

Stay forever in the light
I awaken I arise
I still hear the call of life
I’m taken by the tide
Stay forever in the light
I awaken I survive
I still hear the call of life
I’m taken by the tide

“Wokeism in the entertainment industry has made its way to Nashville.” Freedom and creating art go hand-in-hand, and wokeism is destroying both. Country singer-songwriter John Rich shares his moving story of how he got his start in music, dealing with failure, and never bending a knee to the woke mob. He also talks about patriotism, being a dad, and the American values his family instilled in him from an early age that led to his success.

Lyrics:
Headache out of control
I can’t just sit alone
Working over the phone is so impersonal
I need a little rise
Try on something my size
I just wanna look good at the funeral

I look at the clock
A tick and a tock
Don’t stop ’til you drop that acid on top
Can’t wait to get off
And turn your brain off
Turn up don’t stop
’Til you’re blasting the block

Hey mother sucker do you wanna funk?
Don’t stop til you funk n’ bump
C’mon mother sucker do you wanna funk?
Don’t stop til you funk n’ bump

Mingus Space Cow:

1st time

No more milk
Sent the cows to the moon
Now Fly em towards the sun
Lets have some fun

I been shocked, you took your face off
The words lost, a pissed off, rip off

Try harder not to be a little baby bitch
Try harder not to slip and fall and kill your kids

You wanna party while your best friends go on vacation
Blowing your money like a lit fuse

You wanna party with all your best friends
But all your best friends, have given up

They’ve given up

Shoulda know that you’d be a failure
Shoulda know that you’d be the last one up

Bong the Gong
And you can gimme that clock
Its goes on the song
Until you’re spitting out rocks

In the calm of dawn
You hear this really loud pop
Now the right and wrong
Is really long gone

Eat it Feed it
Now you’re grown
If you think I’m Kevin
Then your home alone
If you need a

Baby
Battle dome
For your prawns
You bought alotta shrimps gone wrong

Zebra striped space ships
Cows never comin home again
They all got lasers beams
Good night sweet dreams

Your fake resume, the world is getting bored
I die anyway and leave the place I left before

You wanna party with you
Like you never never touched it
I know I said it before
You wanna party

The brain is rattled
Shit those riffs
I said if all y’all cattle then
Moo moo move it

Burning Spear (aka Winston Rodney) is one of the most brilliant and respected roots artists in Jamaica's history. On July 7, 1997 we filmed a 2 Meter Session with him and his band for Dutch television.

=====================
About 2 Meter Sessions
====================
Based in the Netherlands, 2 Meter Sessions is an independent, ongoing (new) music platform with a great legacy. Monthly we film 3 to 4 sessions with promising and breakthrough acts from all over the world.

Many well-known acts have visited the show; from James Taylor, Elliott Smith and David Crosby to Damien Jurado, Ben Howard and Josh Ritter, via Radiohead, Nirvana, Coldplay and Foo Fighters. Archive footage can regularly be seen in (theatrical) documentary movies, like “Mystify: Michael Hutchence” (with footage of our session with INXS, filmed in 1997), “Heaven Adores You” (with footage of our session with Elliott Smith, filmed in 1998) and “All I Can Say” (with footage of our session with Blind Melon, filmed in 1993).

The show started back in 1987 by radio presenter Jan Douwe Kroeske. On his popular national radio show he persuaded New-Zealand band Crowded House to play a couple of songs. The response of the public was so great, that 2 Meter Sessions quickly became a household name. In 1993, the show made a successful transition to national television. From there the show became a national phenomenon, for over 10 years, with filmed sessions of new talent, breakthrough acts and arrived career artists. Almost a million of 2 Meter Sessions cd’s were sold in the Netherlands.
