http://www.vladtv.com - 40 Glocc sat down with VladTV and explained his now infamous fight with Compton rapper Game, his definition of snitching, and the current state of his lawsuit against the "How We Do" rapper.

Game recently uploaded several photos to his Instagram account calling out 40 Glocc for suing him while claiming to be in court. One photo was a picture of 40 that Game claimed was recent, something 40 denies. He says he definitely wasn't in court that day and that Game completely made that up to make the case seem bigger than it is. He says the lawsuit is not a case of snitching because there are no criminal charges being pressed and Game faces no jail time. 40 just wants the money he feels he rightfully deserves after being jumped and slandered with "a bunch of fake sh*t."

Glocc admitted that Game had a gun to his head, while others, also armed, encouraged the rapper to shoot him. He then moved the gun from his head to his chest, all while 40 was trying to convince him to take his finger off the trigger so he wouldn't accidentally pop him. Game attempted to hit him with the pistol, missed, and then several of his people began jumping 40 for about 20 minutes.

The grooving new alt-pop track, “Love Is Enough”, arrives with another charming Alex Cantouris-directed music video that sees the band suit up alongside their instruments, channelling a funky disco bassline and an alluringly danceable melody in front of the city backdrop. Speaking about the accompanying video, Sophie from the band said: “The concept for the video first came from wanting to look like city finance bros. The kind of people that tear through six Elfbar vapes in a day and passive-aggressively tell our assistants over the phone to make sure the cappuccino was hot by the time it got to our desks next time. We got up at 3am and went to the iconic spot right by the entrance of the Blackwall tunnel to get a view of the skyline. As the shoot went on, we thought maybe we looked like budget spies or the Blues Brothers. By 6am a guy in a small vest who looked like he’d been out all night asked if we were in an orchestra.”

Alex, the director, said: “We decided to take a more earnest approach with this video, due to the song’s subject matter. Poppy found an amazing location, and riffing off the idea that the band might actually be going to work in the city, Iris came up with the great idea to wear business attire. The costume element is of course tongue in cheek, which got us thinking we could have some fun with the intro to balance out the rest of the video’s feel. We filmed at 4am, and the monochrome qualities of the light combined with the black and white suits, and Canary Wharf as the backdrop, really gelled well together to get the look of sincerity we were aiming to achieve.”

What Virginia-bred country singer and rapper Shaboozey represents is much bigger than himself: It's the reclamation of country music's roots as unapologetically Black.

Returning home to the DMV to perform at the Tiny Desk for this year's Black Music Month takeover, Shaboozey plays fan favorites and debuts new songs from his upcoming album, The Outlaw Cherie Lee & Other Western Tales.

Opening the set with the Grammy-winning "Amen," Shaboozey brings the church into the room, buoyed by soaring background vocals. Debuting "Drunk," his slurred, introspective delivery hits like a modern day soliloquy. Shaboozey also pays homage to his Virginia roots with "Good News," which features fiddle players Clayton Penrose-Whitmore and Sara Watkins firing off Bill Monroe's "Roanoke," a pillar of bluegrass music.

Playing another song from his upcoming album, Shaboozey invites Tiny Desk alum Leon Bridges to perform the revenge-soaked "Burn It Down." Bridges' vocals add a soulful and delicate touch, perfectly contrasting Shaboozey's gritty drawl. Ending the set on a high note with "Cowgirl," the energy from the audience was palpable. Even Shaboozey had to acknowledge: "Y'all turned [The Desk] into a dive bar."
