This is probably the earliest known footage of a live gospel program - it was filmed at the legendary Apollo Theater in Harlem, New York City in 1959. The Swanee Quintet of Augusta GA sing their latest release "New Walk", led by Rev Ruben Willingham and Johnny Jones with (from left to right) James "Big Red" Anderson, Rufus Washington, Charlie Barnwell and William Crawford (guitar).
