When Rapping Death Threats to Police Goes Wrong

On January 26, 2023, Waukegan Police Officers responded to a local Motel 6 in response to a call about a trespassing man who was threatening customers and employees with violence. First responders located the man, who initially seemed cooperative but began acting unruly and aggressive. David Gilmore was arrested for disorderly conduct, criminal trespass, resisting arrest, and assault. As a result of this incident, he spent 2 days in jail and was sentenced to probation.
