Don Omar x Akon - “Good Girl” Lyrics

I like it better when she tease me up
Don’t trust it when it’s too easy (oh no)
You say you love me, then don’t leave me (oh)
No time for gangs ‘cause I’m grown
And she’s a good girl caught up in a bad world (ooh yeah)
And if you ask her
She’ll say the same thing (say the same thing)
Said she’s a good girl caught up in a bad world (ooh yeah)
And if you ask her
She’ll say the same thing (say the same thing)

Bailando uoo (uoo)
Bailandooo (uhh yeah, yeah)
Bailando uoo, (uoo)
Bailandooo (uhh yeah, yeah)

She said she’s a good girl
Turned into a bad girl
Caught up in a bad world (ooh, ooh)
She said she’s a good girl
Turned into a bad girl
Caught up in a bad world (ooh, ooh)

And she’s a good girl caught up in a bad world (ooh yeah)
And if you ask her
She’ll say the same thing (say the same thing)
Said she’s a good girl caught up in a bad world (ooh yeah)
And if you ask her
She’ll say the same thing (say the same thing)

Bailando uoo (uoo)
Bailando oo (uhh yeah, yeah)
Bailando uoo, (uoo)
Bailandooo (uhh yeah, yeah)

You’re exactly my type girl
Like you wanna spend more than one night girl
And if you do it right girl
Then we can spend the rest of our life girl
Don’t get caught up in that fast life
And you slow it down for me
‘Cause girl you got me exactly where you want me to be

I like it better when she tease me up
Don’t trust it when it’s too easy (oh no)
You say you love me, then don’t leave me (oh)
No time for gangs ‘cause I’m grown
And she’s a good girl caught up in a bad world (ooh yeah)
And if you ask her
She’ll say the same thing (say the same thing)
Said she’s a good girl caught up in a bad world (ooh yeah)
And if you ask her
She’ll say the same thing (say the same thing)

Bailando uoo (uoo)
Bailando oo (uhh yeah, yeah)
Bailando uoo, (uoo)
Bailandooo (uhh yeah, yeah)

She said she’s a good girl
Turned into a bad girl
Caught up in a bad world (oh oh ooh)
She said she’s a good girl
Turned into a bad girl
Caught up in a bad world (oh oh ooh)

Letra/Lyrics:

Como Frozen me dijiste Let it go!

(Coro)

Me cago en la hora y el día
Que me acosté en su cama vacía
Sabiendo que por ella na’ sentía
Ahora las noches yo las paso frías
Me cago en la hora y el día
Que me acosté en su cama vacía
Sabiendo que por ella na’ sentía
Ahora las noches yo las paso frías
Sufro lo que sufrías
Legendaddy!

LYRICS
Sometimes I just drive
‘Til the night turns off my mind
I’m passing cars
And crowded bars
Never know until I go too far
Confusing faith and fear
Paint a smile from ear to ear
‘Cause if I blink
I start to think
I feel nothing, I feel everything

I try my best to turn down the noise
And I tell myself that boys will be boys
It’s getting harder to breathe
So baby put me to sleep
‘Til it gets better?

So wake me up when it’s over
It’s over
When it’s over
Tell me it was all just a dream

And wake me up when it’s over
It’s over
When it’s over
Tell me it was all just a dream
And I’ll believe it

Keep me in the dark
Then fast forward to the part
With endless nights
And neon lights
I’ll be beautiful and starry eyed

I try my best to turn down the noise
And I tell myself that boys will be boys
It’s getting harder to breathe
So, baby, put me to sleep
Til it gets better

So wake me up when it’s over
It’s over
When it’s over
Tell me it was all just a dream

And wake me up when it’s over
It’s over When it’s over
Tell me it was all just a dream
And I’ll believe it

Sometimes I just drive
When I can’t turn off my mind
I don’t know where
I’ll meet you there
Someday

So wake me up when it’s over
It’s over
When it’s over
Tell me it was all just a dream

And wake me up when it’s over
It’s over
When it’s over
Tell me it was all just a dream

And I’ll believe it

This year's Black History Month celebration at the Tiny Desk features a carefully crafted lineup spanning many genres, generations and walks of life. Each artist represents the best in their class and will be performing at the Tiny Desk for the first time.

Bobby Carter | February 23, 2023
Hip-hop artists arguably make the most significant adjustments to play behind the Tiny Desk. The essence is two turntables and a microphone which, in time, evolved into bands for some. Ab-Soul, rarely seen with a live band, hand-picked a group of musicians he deemed the "Soulersystem" for his turn at the Desk. This display of raw honesty and next-level lyricism comes from his latest album, HERBERT. Before launching into some brand-new bars, he reminded us we'd approached a landmark in hip-hop culture this year: "We just here to restore the feeling. What you say? Fifty years of hip hop?"

Herbert Stevens IV is a prime example of how rap music has grown. There's always a song to feel good and party to. Soul can do that, but he's best known for his music's depth, vulnerability and wordplay. The Carson, Calif. native has spared few details about what he's endured and how much he's lost. The opening frame of his performance shows the back of his customized jacket, featuring an image of one of his best friends, DoeBurger, who passed in 2021. The framed pictures surrounding the desk are from his childhood, some graphically detailing his bout with Stevens-Johnson syndrome. This rare disorder ravaged his skin and eventually left him legally blind.

Between the HERBERT songs, Soul delivered more never-heard-before rhymes over instrumentals from 2012's Control System. He perfectly conveys the emotional shift between the two "BE LIKE THAT" verses, and throughout the entire set, the band adds even more subtle nuances. He closes with "GOTTA RAP," but not before another exclusive verse that will surely get people talking. Ab-Soul wanted to release his Tiny Desk on his birthday, which feels suitable as he considers this his "second second chance."

“Tesla” Lyrics

[Verse 1: Lil Pump & Smokepurpp]
Butterfly doors go up on a Tesla (Ooh)
Send that bitch back in a greyhound, she's an extra (Yeah, yeah)
Teach her ass a lesson, Little Pump the professor (Woah)
Buddy wore a vest, but we shoot from the neck up (Aye-aye), bitch

[Verse 2: Smokepurpp]
I said to my bitch "He ain't know I was set up”
White chalk, yellow tape he went home on a stretcher
Wake up in the morning got a Draco on my dresser
She gon eat the dick, deep throat the dick I’m in her neck huh

[Verse 3: Lil Pump]
Twelve bitches in my room like I’m Ja Morant
Fuck her once, send her back, we got guns like Iraq
This bitch tripping, it’s a Rari not no Pontiac
These niggas tripping, this ain’t Wockhardt this a pint of act

My grandma just spilled my double cup now she’s getting smacked
I took a bean in the morning I don’t know how to act
12 PM at night and I’m still doing slatt
I got junkies at my door they asking me for crack

On a bench, drank a pint before it was noon
Doing donuts in a scat this in not a coupe
If I up it on a nigga bitch I finna shoot
Aventador in the driveway, fuck it chop the roof

I’m on a bean yeah I’m on a whole lot of lean yeah
Dirty money, blood money, gotta get clean yeah
XDS, Dracos, A-Rs none of t
I told the bitch she fell in love with a fiend yeah

Butterfly doors go up on a Tesla (Ooh)
Send that bitch back in a greyhound, she's an extra (Yeah, yeah)
Teach her ass a lesson, Little Pump the professor (Woah)
Buddy wore a vest, but we shoot from the neck up (Aye-aye), bitch

[Verse 2: Smokepurpp]
I said to my bitch "He ain't know I was set up”

Official “Wings” Lyrics

You are the one the sun the light of day
You are the wings I need to fly away
When you give me love I feel it, I feel it, I feel like I ran through the ceiling, the ceiling, the ceiling
No my life it never had a meaning, a meaning, a meaning
You gave me a reason you’ve got me believing you’re making me say
You are the one the sun the light of day
You are the wings I need to fly away
When you give me love when you give me love I feel it, I feel it It feels like I ran through the ceiling, the ceiling, the ceiling
No my life it never had a meaning, a meaning, a meaning
You gave me a reason you’ve got me believing you’re making me say
You are the wings I need to fly away (the wings I need to fly)
You are the wings I need to fly away
It was you, it was you, it was you from the very start
Always knew, always knew
You know you gave me a reason you’ve got me believing you’re making me say
You are the one the sun the light of day
You are the wings that need to fly away

Drake has made major rap albums that hit the top of the billboard charts, and he's made over $150 million US dollars! Most of which he blew on his mega mansion! Watch how he spends his millions!

Subscribe for more amazing videos! ► http://bit.ly/Subscribe-to-Richest ◄

Drake may have started at the bottom, but he’s almost made his way to the top. The millionaire rapper might not be a billionaire yet, but that didn’t stop him from spending $100 million on a brand new custom-designed estate called “The Embassy.” Drake spent years designing his new home and you can definitely tell. The mansion features a regulation size basketball court, a granite indoor pool with a blacklight, a state-of-the-art recording studio and lounge, and a two-story massive closet with diamond detailing. And that’s not even half the house! The property also has a ten car garage to store Drake’s car collection-- which is worth millions of dollars.

But Drake’s luxury lifestyle doesn’t stop with his Toronto estate. He’s also got an estate in LA, he runs his own business called OVO, and he has a $185 million private plane to help him get around. Pair that with his show collection worth hundreds of thousands of dollars and his love for fine watches that also cost hundreds of thousands of dollars and you have a superstar who’s always dressed to impress. But now that Drake has a son to provide for, two-year-old Adonis, the superstar is finding new ways to spend his money. From lavish parties in his brand new Canadian compound to spoiling his only child, Drake’s extravagant lifestyle truly has to be seen to be believed.

Rappers Who Are Richer Than You Thought

One of the favorite past times of rappers everywhere is bragging about how much money they earn. But occasionally, you find a rapper whose net worth might be a little bit higher than you may expect. Especially for artists who are notoriously modest about their material wealth, it can be surprising how much money some entertainers truly have. Especially when it comes to artists like Tyga, Travis Scott, Chance The Rapper and even J. Cole.
