Lyrics:
Strange light revolves around you
You float across the room
Your touch is made of something
Heaven can’t hold a candle to
You’re made of somethin’ new

Let’s not get complicated
Let’s just enjoy the view
It’s hard to be a human
So much to put an answer to
But that’s just what we do

God only knows where this could go
And even if our love starts to grow outta
control
and you and me go up in flames
Heaven won’t be the same

I’m havin’ revelations
You dance across the floor
Beyond infatuation
How I obsessively adore you
That’s what I do
I believe I believe, I could die in your kiss
No it doesn’t get, doesn’t get better than this

God only knows where this could go
And even if our love starts to grow outta
control
and you and me go up in flames
Heaven won’t be the same

God only knows where this could go
And even if our love starts to grow outta
control
and you and me go up in flames
Heaven won’t be the same

(Heaven won’t be the same)
I believe I believe, I could die in your kiss
No it doesn’t get, doesn’t get better than,
better than this

God only knows where this could go
And even if our love starts to grow outta
control
and you and me go up in flames
Heaven won’t be the same

God only knows where this could go
And even if our love starts to grow outta
control
and you and me go up in flames
Heaven won’t be the same

With a monumental 2022 that saw Lost Frequencies become the most played artist on UK radio, with further rippling success felt not only across the continent but the globe with his mega charting ‘Where Are You Now’, the Belgian superstar returns to close out the year with the rousing new release ‘Back To You’! With a melodic piano-led melody that brings dramatics to the introduction, the crisp and sharp female vocal from singer-songwriter Elley Duhe projects a worthy range, stirring emotion and drawing the listener in. Elley Duhe, known for bringing her captivating topline to tracks including Zedd’s ‘Happy Now’ and collaborations with Meduza and Clean Bandit, adds her shining omission to this stellar release as the perfect accompaniment to Lost Frequencies’ production. As ‘Back To You’ revolves forth with a country-style guitar twang, that delivers a subtle note of Lost Frequencies signature style and tastes whilst still sounding of-the-moment, the “It leads me back to you” topline being delivered in a timeless style. As the release rolls onwards, a pulsating beat propels the single to new heights to bring it into indie dance territory whilst also radio-ready, as a parallel vocal from X Ambassador’s Sam Harris is introduced further into the journey. Sam Harris’s X Ambassadors are known for their pop-rock sound collaborating with the likes of Machine Gun Kelly and Bebe Rexha, bringing here a deeper antidote to Duhe’s higher-reaching and full-bodied delivery for a perfect juxtaposition, yet both performances work in tandem to weave and soar with emotion and a pitch-perfect contrast. By bringing together the talented delivery of both Duhe and Harris, the perfect trifecta when linked with Lost Frequencies assured production creates a seminal track that transcends genres. ‘Back To You’ is a masterclass in Lost Frequencies productions and songwriting skills, providing the ultimate sign-off to close out the year in high-class style.

Lyrics

I heard a million tales before I came to you
One after the other said, time’s the only cure

When love is forever gone
it disappeared like stars at dawn and every road that I’ve been on
It leads me back to you
It leads me back to you

I walked a million miles before I came to you
Heaven wide above my head
Sand beneath my shoes
Life is the saddest song it was nothing until you came along
Cuz every road that I've been on leads me back to you
It leads me back to you

I sold a million lines before I came to you
Guess none of us could read the lie behind the golden truth
Trust can't be counted on
it's as crooked as the amazon
Cuz every road that I’ve been on leads me back to you
It leads me back to you

I’ve been looking for trouble, trouble
I’ve been looking for trouble, trouble
I’ve been looking for trouble, trouble
I’m looking for you

I walked a million miles before I came to you
Heaven wide above my head
Sand beneath my shoes
Life is the saddest song it was nothing until you came along
Cuz every road that I've been on leads me back to you
It leads me back to you
It leads me back to you

Every road that I’ve been on, leads be back to you

THE ULTIMATE TRAVIS SCOTT COLLECTION Hotney 4 Görünümler • 4 yıl önce

VOLUME 2 OUT NOW https://youtu.be/3YkI5o5Vs0c

It all started summer 2019 when I made Blame. Now 2 years later I've made over 70 remixes of Travis Scott's classic songs. There are 5 parts in this project, and all the songs in each part somewhat coincide with each other and tell a story. Comment your favorite remix I've made these last 2 years (PROBABLY MISSING ONE OR 2 REMIXES ON HERE TOO - Missing "To the Mo", "Same Way"). Best way to listen all the way through is if you're on a psychedelic. Help me get signed to Cactus Jack

Lyrics:
I don’t really have friends don’t go out on weekends
I don’t have a lover left to hold
Friday nights I’m alone sat at the piano
Thinking bout the ex I shouldn’t call

You say, now I see, you busy
Out and living the wildest of dreams
With new friends, new cities
But now inside my heart wants to scream

Where's the love that I knew we ignited
Darkness in me and I learned how to hide it
Made you believe that I’m happier like this
No, no

I don’t really have friends don’t go out on weekends
I don’t have a lover left to hold
Friday night I’m alone sat at the piano
Thinking bout the ex I shouldn’t call
Sipping on storms in teacups
You’re thinking I’m drunk in some pub
with people that I hardly know
When I’m so f**king lonely
No one really knows me
You are still a heart I want to hold

You turn, say to me,
You’re happy, and you’re actually seeing somebody
And you’re both so proud of me
But inside my heart starts to scream

Where is the love that I know we ignited
Fire in me and I learned how to light it
Made you believe I was happier like this
No, no

I don’t really have friends don’t go out on weekends
I don’t have a lover left to hold
Friday night I’m alone sat at the piano
Thinking bout the ex I shouldn’t call
Sipping on storms in teacups
You’re thinking I’m drunk in some pub
with people that I hardly know
When I’m so f**king lonely
No one really knows me
You are still a heart I want to hold

We had a love that never died
You were my world and on my side
From bright as day to dark as night
You look at me and ask me why

I don’t really have friends don’t go out on weekends
I don’t have a lover left to hold
Friday nights I’m alone sat at the piano
Thinking bout the love we used to know
Sipping on storms in teacups
Thinking I’m drunk in some pub with people that I hardly know
When I’m so f**king lonely
No one really knows me
You are still a heart I want, heart I want to hold

I never meant to make you fall but that’s what I get
For promising to give it all, guess that’s what I get
Oh why’d I go and lead you on when I can’t commit?
Oh I guess that’s what I get
Was it karma ?
Was it fate?
Was it meant to be this way?
I don’t know
All I know is I broke your pretty little heart
Now you’re happy
Doing great
Fell in love with what’s his name
Tables turn
Bridges burn
Now i’m stuck here singing in the dark
Should’ve known
That when I let you go
That’d I be losing part of me, yeah
It’s too late
To fix all my mistakes
But I just hope one day you’ll see
I never meant to make you fall but that’s what I get
For promising to give it all, guess that’s what I get
Oh Why’d I go and lead you on when I can’t commit?
Oh I guess that’s what I get
And now I’m going through withdrawals guess thats what I get
And you don’t pick up when I call I guess thats what I get
Oh how’d I go from you’re the one to your one regret
Oh I guess thats what I get
Tossin’ turnin’
Feels like pain is permanent
These open wounds won’t close
Used to be one person
now we’re two hearts uncertain
Our future’s up in smoke
Should’ve known
That when I let you go
That’d I be losing part of me
It’s too late
To fix all my mistakes
But I just hope one day you’ll see
I never meant to make you fall but that’s what I get
For promising to give it all, guess that’s what I get
Oh why’d I go and lead you on when I can’t commit?
Oh I guess that’s what I get
And now I’m going through withdrawals guess thats what I get
And you don’t pick up when I call I guess thats what I get
Oh how’d I go from you’re the one to your one regret
Oh I guess thats what I get
