Giggs has teamed up with Oatly, the world’s original and largest oat drink company, on this exclusive video with GRM showcasing his global cake-tasting adventure.

The video celebrates the launch of "Custard by Giggs", a new collaboration between the artist and Oatly that uses Giggs’ personal story to raise awareness of lactose intolerance, and show that those with dairy intolerances or allergies shouldn’t have to sacrifice their favourite desserts.

Giggs, who is lactose intolerant, approached Oatly about working together after he struggled to find their Vanilla Custard – a personal favourite of his – in any of his local supermarkets.

In this episode, I describe how your brain and body are fundamentally wired to perceive and respond to music and how those responses can be leveraged to improve your mood, allow for processing sad emotions and enhance learning and performance. I explain the data showing how music can increase motivation for cognitive or physical work, what specific music has been shown to enhance cognitive performance, and whether silence or music is more effective in enhancing focus while studying. I also discuss how specific musical pieces can rapidly reduce anxiety, as well as certain prescription medications. I explain how listening to certain types of music can improve various health metrics (e.g., heart rate). Finally, I discuss how music helps to enhance neuroplasticity (rewiring of brain connections), thereby improving learning and memory. Whether you sing, play an instrument or enjoy listening to music, this episode provides numerous science-informed tools for using music to enhance productivity, mood, emotional states, and overall enjoyment of life.

Introduced to the project back in 2018, Timothée embarked on an extensive journey to bring the portrayal you’ll see onscreen to life. He details his preparation for filming, which consisted of guitar lessons, working with a dialect coach, a harmonica coach, and a movement coach, as well as physically retracing Bob Dylan’s footsteps through Minnesota, Chicago, and New York.

LYRICS:
She cut me loose and caught herself a somewhere wind
I haven’t heard a word and haven’t seen her since
She disappeared quicker than this double shot of Jim
‘Cause everybody at the bar started askin’
“How’s your girl?”
She ain’t my girl
“Where she been?”
I ain’t quite sure
Good question, no tellin’, but I’m bettin’

She’s probably in Texas
Amarillo all I know
George Strait said it
Yeah that’s where all them exes go
If she ain’t with me out here in Tennessee
Then I don’t know where she’s headed
If I’m guessin’, I reckon
She’s probably in Texas
She’s probably in Texas

She might be down in Georgia at her mama’s for the week
Could be Carolina, California, somethin’s tellin’ me
She’s somewhere in the Lone Star state with all the rest
Yeah that one King song knows best

She’s probably in Texas
Amarillo all I know
George Strait said it
Yeah that’s where all them exes go
If she ain’t with me out here in Tennessee
Then I don’t know where she’s headed
If I’m guessin’, I reckon
She’s probably in Texas
She’s probably in Texas

“How’s your girl?”
She ain’t my girl
“Where she been?”
I ain’t quite sure
Good question, no tellin’, but I’m bettin’

She’s probably in Texas
Amarillo all I know
George Strait said it
Yeah that’s where all them exes go
If she ain’t with me out here in Tennessee
Then I don’t know where she’s headed
If I’m guessin’, I reckon
She’s probably in Texas
She’s probably in Texas
She’s probably in Texas

Lyrics:

Gotta be da big dawg
(now don't hold back)
Gotta be da big dawg
(now don't hold back)
Gotta be da big dawg
(now don't hold back)
Gotta be da big dawg
(UH!)

I used to be a big kid, I'm still just a big kid
Stacking up bones while I'm roaming the streets
Cuz I gotta earn my way now, bring it everyday now
Nothing comes easy so I savor the treats
I used to get a little heat for being bigger than most
But now the pride I wear, gets me over the most
Better beware I'll be guarding my post
I got the bark and the bite and I love to boast

Gotta be da big dawg
(He got big dawg energy) X4

I've always been the biggest dawg in the yard
I used to own it, let em know who's in charge
I got lost, they had to put up some signs
But now I'm back and I'm feeling divine
There were some times when I nearly lost hope
Until I hit em with an elbow coming from the top rope
Can't put me on a leash and tell me to stay
I'll do what I will and I won't obey

Gotta be da big dawg
(He got big dawg energy) X4

It's always been do or die, rumble till I crumble
But now I'm insane, and I'm looking for trouble
I'm a wild dog walking straight up to you
But don't you play with me, you'll never know what I'll do
I might just use this muscle, get into a tussle
Put a muzzle in your mouth, put your mouth in a muzzle
But my greatest strength, ain't my muscle or my mind
It's the power of my heart, and the size of my pride

Gotta be da big dawg
(He got big dawg energy) X4

Being big ain't about your size
Being big's what you got inside X4

Gotta be da big dawg
(We got big dawg energy) X8

Lyrics:
Tell me that I’m special
Tell me I look pretty
Tell me I'm a little angel
Sweetheart of your city
Say what I'm dying to hear
Cause I'm dying to hear you

Tell me I'm that new thing
Tell me that I'm relevant
Tell me that I got a big heart
Then back it up with evidence
I need it and I don’t know why
This late at night

Isn’t it lonely
I'd do anything to make you want me
I'd give it all up if you told me
That I'd be
The number one girl in your eyes
Your one and only
So what’s it gon’ take for you to want me
I’d give it all up if you told me
That I’d be
The number one girl in your eyes

Tell me I’m going real big places
Down to earth so friendly
And even through all the phases
Tell me you accept me
Well that’s all I'm dying to hear
Yeah I'm dying to hear you

Tell me that you need me
Tell me that I’m loved
Tell me that I’m worth it
And that I’m enough
I need it and I don’t know why
This late at night

Isn’t it lonely
I'd do anything to make you want me
I'd give it all up if you told me
That I'd be
The number one girl in your eyes
Your one and only
So what’s it gon’ take for you to want me
I’d give it all up if you told me
That I’d be
The number one girl in your eyes

The girl in your eyes
The girl in your eyes
Tell me I’m the number one girl
I'm the number one girl in your eyes
The girl in your eyes
The girl in your eyes
Tell me I'm the number one girl
I'm the number one girl in your eyes

Well isn't it lonely
I'd do anything to make you want me
I'd give it all up if you told me
That I'd be
The number one girl in your eyes

Your one and only
So what’s it ‘gon take for you to want me
