The 90s featured so much great hip hop, and because of how much there was, many great albums have flown under the radar. In this second of a two part video, I count down 10 hip hop albums from the 90s that I think are underrated. In my opinion, these are numbers 10-1.

Numbers 20-11 (pt 1): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SgcgMkvhwDQ

Lyrics:
I was all but 22
I think at the time
I’d been out on the road
Lonely at night
It’d been a while
So it was on my mind
Well I saw him walk in
With his cowboy hat
And I thought to myself
I could use some of that
His boots like glass on a saw dust floor
Had moves like nothin’ I’d ever seen before
So I walked right up
I pulled him to the side
I handed him a beer and looked him right in the eye
And I said “Baby, I think you’re gonna wanna hear this”
I said

Excuse me,
You look like you love me
You look like you want me
To want you to come on home
And baby I don’t blame you
For lookin’ me up and down across this room
I’m drunk and I’m ready to leave
And you look like you love me

Well I was down at the local beer joint with a few of the guys
When this cute little country girl caught my eye
And boy let me tell you she was the prettiest thing i’d ever seen in a pair of boots
Well she walked right up to me, handed me a beer
Gave me a look like, lets get outta here
And that's when I realized that she was every cowboys dream come true
She told me this right here, she said..

Excuse me,
You look like you love me
You look like you want me
To want you to come on home
And baby I don’t blame you
For lookin’ me up and down across this room
I’m drunk and I’m ready to leave
And you look like you love me
So if you ever see a man in a cowboy hat

And you think to yourself
I could use some of that
Don’t waste your time
Just give ‘em this here line
Goes a little like this
Excuse me,
You look like you love me
You look like you want me
To want you to come on home
And baby I don’t blame you
For lookin’ me up and down across this room
I’m drunk and I’m ready to leave
And you look like you love me
I’m drunk and I’m ready to leave
And you look like you love me

Lyrics:
My trainer tells his clients he’s a shaman
We smoke some DMT before we bench
My diet’s strictly protein shakes and ramen
So we make sure to purge after we stretch

I’m Mr. Los Angeles
The rumors are true
Out on the bleeding edge of fashion
I’m Mr. Los Angeles
I’m calling for you
This is where the magic happens

My therapist confirms that I’m a victim
It’s everyone around me that is bad
Using words like “toxic” and “intentions”
And every session ends with “this was rad”

I’m Mr. Los Angeles
The rumors are true
Leave your comment underneath the caption
I’m Mr. Los Angeles
I’m calling for you
This is where the magic happens

I just booked a Taco Bell commercial
I eat a bag of cheese without my hands
My agent thinks it’s slightly controversial
It’s not great for the image of my band

I’m Mr. Los Angeles
The rumors are true
Behind every good man there’s a mansion
I’m Mr. Los Angeles
I’m calling for you
This is where the magic happens

I have a friend who wouldn’t name his children
He says that it requires their consent
The oldest says he likes to go by “kitchen”
The baby thinks her name is “made a mess”

I’m Mr. Los Angeles
The rumors are true
The only way to make it here is Fountain
I’m Mr. Los Angeles
I’m calling for you
This is where the magic happens

I’m Mr. Los Angeles
The rumors are true
Every vegan sleeps in sheets of satin
I’m Mr. Los Angeles
I’m calling for you
This is where the magic happens

Got on a plane, got in the car
I'm so tired
Live with the pain, live with my scars
I'm so tired
I wish I could sleep, I'm ADHD
I'm so tired
But this is all mine, this is all me
Now I'm on fire

Sometimes I wanna fight it
Sometimes I freeze, I fly, yeah
Sometimes I can't deny it
So I just keep on trying

Sometimes I wanna crumble
Sometimes I'm gonna stumble
My mind is always running
Sometimes I feel like crying

Now look at me, I'm the best I can be
I was so down, thought I'd never be free
My superpower was right inside, see
It was ADHD

I am so shy, I could never be me
Look at me now as I laugh nervously
My superpower was right inside, see
So thank you to me (ah-ah)
Thank you to me (ah-ah)
Thank you to me (ah-ah)
My superpower was ADHD

Back on the road, up in the air
I'm so tired
Words in a book, so much to share
Am I on fire?
I'm the deer caught in the headlights
Sometimes I freeze, sometimes I fight
Tonight I fight

Sometimes I wanna fight it
Sometimes I freeze, I fly, yeah
Sometimes I can't deny it
So I just keep on trying

Sometimes I wanna crumble
Sometimes I'm gonna stumble
My mind is always running
Sometimes I feel like crying

Now look at me, I'm the best I can be
I was so down, thought I'd never be free
My superpower was right inside, see
It was ADHD

I am so shy, I could never be me
Look at me now as I laugh nervously
My superpower was right inside, see
So thank you to me (flying, be gracious, majestic, don't fake it)
Thank you to me (I'll smile, I can take it, I'll smile, I can take it)
Thank you to me (flying, be gracious, majestic, don't fake it)
I'll smile, I can take it, I'll smile, I can take it

Flying, be gracious, majestic, don't fake it
I'll smile, I can take it
I'll smile, I can take it
Flying, be gracious, majestic, don't fake it
I'll smile, I can take it
I'll smile, I can take it

About Paris Hilton:
Entrepreneur. CEO. New York Times best-selling author. Activist. Designer. Actress. Model. Influencer. DJ. Recording Artist. Mother. Icon. Synonymous with pop culture, Paris Hilton needs no introduction.

In her latest chapter, Hilton is making an iconic return with her sop****re album, "Infinite Icon" executive produced by Sia. An autobiographical record, "Infinite Icon" shares Hilton’s full story, from pop high priestess to media maven to mother.

Hilton is no stranger to the top of the music charts. Her 2006 debut album’s first single, “Stars are Blind,” peaked at number six on the Billboard 200 and has accrued over 130M streams. Between 2013 and 2023, Hilton collaborated with legendary musicians such as Lil Wayne, Steve Aoki and Kim Petras.

Hilton is indisputably one of the most successful self-made entrepreneurs of her generation. Whether you know her from her early days as the founding star of reality television, her iconic taglines, her fragrances, her New York Times best-selling memoir, or her activism, chances are you have been inspired and influenced by her. As Hilton famously says: “Life is too short to blend in.”
