Angela Yee, co-host of popular radio show The Breakfast Club, has left the show to start her own nationally syndicated program, an opportunity that Charlamagne believes would be hard for anyone to refuse. DJ Envy also suggests that Yee's departure was motivated by her ambition for ownership and freedom in what she does, something she proved capable of during her stint on Sirius. Envy also debunked claims that Yee was the only female staff member of the Breakfast Club, mentioning multiple women involved in the production. On potential issues faced by Yee, being the only woman on the platform, Envy cited misunderstandings and lack of conversations but assured reconciliation between Yee and Charlamagne. As for the show's future lineup, comedian Jess Hilarious may join The Breakfast Club, but it depends on her decision since she is currently engaged in many projects.

The Wonder Years is an American television comedy-drama created by Neal Marlens and Carol Black. It ran on ABC from 1988 until 1993. The pilot aired on January 31, 1988, following ABC's coverage of Super Bowl XXII.

The show achieved a spot in the Nielsen Top 30 for four of its six seasons. TV Guide named the show one of the 20 best of the 1980s. After only six episodes aired, The Wonder Years won a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Comedy Series in 1988. In addition, at age 13, Fred Savage became the youngest actor ever nominated as Outstanding Lead Actor for a Comedy Series.

The show was also awarded a Peabody Award in 1989, for "pushing the boundaries of the sitcom format and using new modes of storytelling." In total, the series won 22 awards and was nominated for 54 more. In 1997, "My Father's Office" was ranked #29 on TV Guide's 100 Greatest Episodes of All Time, and in the 2009 revised list the pilot episode was ranked #43.

Back and forth is a reflection on finding oneself amidst the difficulties that one might face whilst searching for love outside oneself. It is a realization that i can only truly feel love when I am aligned with God within me. The search for true happiness in others will always lead to some sort of reminder that you will not be fulfilled until you accept yourself and love God inside of you. All encounters that might cause us suffering are like alarms that remind us that we are slightly off our love centre. In the end these reminders are necessary and can be appreciated and used as tools to help us get back on track. The song is health and healing for everyone....it is danceable and light. Easy to listen and the breezy feeling gives us a feeling of hope that love(God) is always here.
