CInemills TV sits down with Big Thundercat aka Cowboy from Nayborhood Rollin' 60's Crip Gang. Cowboy was Nipsey Hussle's big Homey but due to drug abuse he found himself taking a subordinate role to Nip. To be a leader you must be a follower. Cowboy drew inspiration from Nipsey's push and philosophies about life.

Herman "Cowboy" Douglas is an enigmatic figure known for his daring exploits in the hood and legendary status as a modern-day cowboy and true comrade of Nip.

On the other hand, Nipsey Hussle, whose birth name was Ermias Joseph Asghedom, was an American rapper, entrepreneur, and community activist. Born on August 15, 1985, in Los Angeles, California, Hussle emerged as a prominent figure in the hip-hop industry. He gained recognition for his mixtapes, including "The Marathon" and "Crenshaw," which showcased his unique storytelling ability and insightful lyrics.

What set Hussle apart was not only his musical talent but also his dedication to uplifting his community. He actively worked to create opportunities and empower those living in South Los Angeles, where he grew up. Hussle was deeply invested in initiatives promoting education, economic development, and reducing gang violence. He also co-founded the Marathon Clothing store, an entrepreneurial venture aimed at revitalizing his neighborhood.

Tragically, Nipsey Hussle's life was cut short when he was fatally shot on March 31, 2019, outside his clothing store. His untimely death sent shockwaves through the music industry and beyond, leaving a void in the community he tirelessly served.

While both Herman "Cowboy" Douglas and Nipsey Hussle were individuals who captured the public's imagination in their respective realms, their paths and contributions diverge significantly. Douglas symbolized the older OG and embraced the loyalty over everything lifestyle, while Hussle made a lasting impact as a rapper, entrepreneur, and community advocate before his untimely passing.
