📜 Message from the composer and creator of Soothing Relaxation:
"I am a composer from Norway and I started this channel with a simple vision: to create a place that you can visit whenever you want to sit down and relax. I compose music that often can be described as sleep music, calm music, yoga music, study music, peaceful music, beautiful music and relaxing music. I love to compose music and I put a lot of work into it.

Thank you very much for listening and for leaving feedback. Every single day I am completely astonished by all your warm support and it really inspires me to work even harder on my music. If you enjoy my work, I would be very happy if you decided to subscribe and join our community. Have a wonderful day or evening!"

LYRICS:
If you don’t fuck with me
Then don’t do what I do
Think he the one but he really the two
Better get low when I hit at your crew
I’m sending the cleaners through

I’m barely not sober they thinking I’m sober
You n*gas ain’t seen my moves
That sat me down like I went out of space now
I have to go back to the moon
N*gga right back on the shrooms
N*gga get done like it ain’t nothin lose
Too much I’m back on move
Right back in the club where I’m passing the tools
I’m about to start acting a fool
It’s just you and me
You know who I choose
You know this would happen when you cut out a crew
I’m talking to me not you

I missed out out on millions and millions
That money is gone
Ain’t get no compensation ain’t no conversations for n*gas we ready role
Let’s get back to the basics
The reason they figure cause I ain’t been fuckin the hoes
I’m the reason you said it Cause the n*gga said you the one sucking the d*ck and the toes

When I call you know how it go
Cause this sh*t can get tricky for sure
What you know will get you put in a whole
I ain’t talk but I may have not known
I been driving the car from the back
Taking pictures in pieces in the back of the rolls
And I think this Lor boy want to cook
So let's crank up the beef and get back to the shows.
Miami, we bp the boat, put the bullet proof back on road
Been minute it's been so long
every wonder I was doing wrong
I say hold up I'm switching up the tone
Man you niggas cant see me with a song
If a nigga didn’t never see me probably wouldn't be rapping all alone
And Young Gunna didn’t get a season you niggas a never put it on
I canstop I get what was needed yeah, yeah I know y'all wouldn’t want to put me on
kept it cool but now they got me heated
And I'm about to show them how it go.
Like a River I show em how it flow
After showing they knowing my M.O

If you don’t fuck with me
Then don’t do what I do
Think he the one but he really the two
Better get low when I hit at your crew
I’m sending the cleaners through
I’m barely not sober they thinking I’m sober
You n*gas ain’t seen my moves
That sat me down like I went out of space now
I have to go back to the moon
Nigga back over the trees.
Nigga still rolling we back on the east
I'm still having soldiers to handle the needs
The vengeance is giving them ease.
You talking that ratchet with all of that cheese
We have some lemons to squeeze.
I let you be and do whatever I please. You know, she do good on her knees.
I finally discovered the breeze
I'm glad I can see Im the one they discuss
and they writing the money You got me discussing
You like it now he gotta love it
He hope I stay dangerous to get up
and close to a Nigga because I'm over
bubbling
my homie keep begging to clean up a couple of niggas. And I got a budget.

Got to watch what I love.So I really can't talk to you, niggas, but fuck it.
I'm a real boss and I got to be cautious cause niggas don't keep it a hunnid
It ain't my fault that I had to fall out with you niggas,
but fuck it Ain't having time to be tough
resting with niggas you couldn’t see me with in public
You can't be trusting. You got to watch out for your People
Cause shit a get ugly. And you could be lucky if you can look out for your people
When he ain't had nothing and trying to make something we looking through hate through a needle
When you ever fall down and your back hit the ground better pray to the gods that you don’t need em (yuh)

If you don’t fuck with me
Then don’t do what I do
Think he the one but he really the two
Better get low when I hit at your crew
I’m sending the cleaners through
I’m barely not sober they thinking I’m sober
You n*gas ain’t seen my moves
That sat me down like I went out of space now
I have to go back to the moon

Omah Lay: Tiny Desk Concert Hotney 3 Streams • 4 years ago

This year's Black History Month celebration at the Tiny Desk features a carefully crafted lineup spanning many genres, generations and walks of life. Each artist represents the best in their class and will be performing at the Tiny Desk for the first time.

Bobby Carter | February 28, 2023
Omah Lay brought a calm demeanor and a bright smile to his time at NPR headquarters. By the third song of his Tiny Desk concert, “soso,” I realized that the Nigerian star was exercising lots of emotions through this set. The first two titles, “Bad Influence” and “i’m a mess,” are self-explanatory, yet the message of “soso” — that he’s yearning for something to take his pain away — could get lost in the song’s upbeat rhythms. At any rate, Omah Lay’s performance showcases a songwriter grappling with all the feels, unafraid to share them with the world.

Omah Lay rose to prominence during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic with his debut EP, Get Layd. In a short time, he’s joined the slew of African artists who’ve dominated dance floors and infiltrated America with Afro-fusion music. The feat is extraordinary and bittersweet, given that when he first broke through, the music industry was in a frenzy and the clubs closed. But songs like “Lo Lo” and “Free My Mind” resonated despite not booming in the big speakers, and he kept working until it was safe to come back out — and landed even more hits. He made the trip from Nigeria exclusively for the Tiny Desk and brought his band, The Raw Soundz, from Ghana, plus percussionist Boogie and singers Monet Shelton and Domo Abrams. Together, they flipped selections from Omah’s catalog, including a new version of his hit “understand” with a twist.
