Few 80s popstars were as eye-catching as Adam Ant. The dazzling calvary jacket, the eyeliner framing ice-blue eyes, the white warrior stripe applied just north of his nose. It's an image that defined MTV as much as Duran Duran’s yacht, A-Ha’s pencil outlines or Dire Straits’ blocky capitalists. But unlike their music television brethren, Adam Ant survived punk batterings, bandmate betrayal and press indifference to realise the marketing power of adding vibrant vision to his band’s pummelling pop sound. This is New British Canon, and this is the story of “Kings of The Wild Frontier”.

Something was missing from our Black Music Month lineup, but I couldn't figure out what. But once Karriem Riggins and Liv.e came into the office as GENA with a buzzing energy, I locked eyes with my colleagues and knew we'd found the fresh and unexpected sound we'd been looking for.

Riggins and Liv.e coming together to create GENA's The Pleasure is Yours makes all the sense. They represent Detroit, Mich., and Dallas, Texas, respectively, two cities with some of the deepest, tight-knit music communities in the country. Riggins' pocket is nudged just left of center, which Liv.e dives into effortlessly — those dirty drums and loops deliver the closest thing we'll ever get to a full J Dilla x Erykah Badu project, if you ask me. Liv.e and Riggins have both supported other artists at the Tiny Desk, so it's simple plug-and-play as they breeze through some of my favorites from their new album, including the affirmation song of 2026, "HOWWEFLOW."

Timothée Chalamet sits down with Zane Lowe to share his experience portraying Bob Dylan in the upcoming film, A Complete Unknown.

Introduced to the project back in 2018, Timothée embarked on an extensive journey to bring the portrayal you’ll see onscreen to life. He details his preparation for filming, which consisted of guitar lessons, working with a dialect coach, a harmonica coach, and a movement coach, as well as physically retracing Bob Dylan’s footsteps through Minnesota, Chicago, and New York.

In discussion with Zane, he reflects on how this role encouraged his growth as an actor and what it means to him to serve as a modern-day bridge to Bob Dylan’s music.

Giggs has teamed up with Oatly, the world’s original and largest oat drink company, on this exclusive video with GRM showcasing his global cake-tasting adventure.

The video celebrates the launch of "Custard by Giggs", a new collaboration between the artist and Oatly that uses Giggs’ personal story to raise awareness of lactose intolerance, and show that those with dairy intolerances or allergies shouldn’t have to sacrifice their favourite desserts.

Giggs, who is lactose intolerant, approached Oatly about working together after he struggled to find their Vanilla Custard – a personal favourite of his – in any of his local supermarkets.
