We publish this unique and rare video because it could be one of Billy Joel's first ever recorded videos!

The Hassles found their place in music history as Billy Joel's first recorded moment, but musically they deserve more. Though they only released two albums, the Hassles were a pretty proficient, highly enjoyable, though not particularly groundbreaking act that saw a fair amount of local attention in the Long Island area.
The Hassles were a blue-eyed soul band, modeled somewhat after the Rascals, formed in Long Island in 1964 by drummer Jon Small, singer John Dizek, organist Harry Webber, and guitarist Richie McKenna. Webber was fired from the band in 1966 due to erratic behavior and Billy Joel, who had earned a local reputation as a keyboardist with the Echoes, the Lost Souls, and the Commandos (as Billy Joe Joel), was enlisted to take his place on the condition that the band also take on bassist Howie Blauvelt.

The Hassles were most notable for recording the first releases to feature Billy Joel. The group released two full-length albums (United Artists Records) and a number of singles.

The original line-up of the group consisted of vocalist John Dizek (September 25, 1948 – June 27, 2017), guitarist Richard McKenna, drummer Jon Small, and organist Harry Weber.
In 1966 Weber was fired from the band due to excessive drug use (found dead a few years later on a railroad track) and was replaced by Howie Arthur Blauvelt and Billy Joel on bass and keyboards respectively. It is with this lineup that the band recorded their self-titled debut album in 1967.
Blauvelt departed the band early in 1968 but returned later on in the year. Dizek departed the band in late 1968, at which point Joel took over on vocals. The band released their second album, Hour of the Wolf, in 1969, before disbanding.
Following the demise of The Hassles, Joel and Small formed the duo Attila, whilst Blauvelt later co-founded Ram Jam. Joel later went on to a successful solo career, and Small became a video producer and director.

Billy Joel (William Martin Joel, born May 9, 1949) is an American musician, singer-songwriter, and composer. Commonly nicknamed the "Piano Man" after his first major hit and signature song of the same name as well as the similarly named 1973 album, he has led a commercially successful career as a solo artist since the 1970s, having released 12 studio albums from 1971 to 1993 as well as one studio album in 2001. He is one of the best-selling music artists of all time, as well as the seventh-best-selling recording artist and the fourth-best-selling solo artist in the United States, with over 150 million records sold worldwide.
This unique video was first broadcast in AVRO's tv program 'Vjoew!' on May 13, 1968!

Every #2 Single on the Hot 100 Ever:
https://youtu.be/GOe-Js3yjY8

The remastered version of my first ever huge project. Updated to the current week, featuring many improvements such as...
-Improved audio, now in stereo
-Improved visuals
-Upgraded to 1080p60 for videos that support the framerate
-Balanced audio
-Fixed several noteworthy typos and alignments with texts
-Updated to the week of Mar 4. 2023

As a side note, I want to talk about the remaster of this video as well as the future of this channel, and the impact the old #1 video had on my channel. This remaster was just like what I did all those years ago when I set out as the first person to successfully publish every #1 hit from start to finish without breaking it up into parts; just one long, continuous stretch. Most people broke their videos into parts and I hadn't really seen anyone upload the #1s before the 70s, so it was my mission to deliver. Since it was the first time doing something like this, there obviously were several issues when I published it. In this remaster, I set out to fix those problems and I really hope that I didn't make any spelling errors in the video. If I did, please let me know so next time I can narrow down which parts I made errors on and correct them. As for the video itself, I recreated the whole video from scratch. I did not have any clips saved from the previous video (it wouldn't have mattered since they were 30fps anyways). Every clip in this video was rerecorded, edited, mixed, etc. However, this time around, I had noticed there was a larger variety of clips from older songs with better quality than the first time I did this project. Unfortunately, several clips I had used in the first video have now disappeared and there is no footage of the same clip on several songs. If I ever come across them when I update this video next year, I will include them, but that is what you should expect when dealing with YouTube and copyright. Also, in terms of the copyright system: my video was taken down and not allowed in any country in the world due to copyright. That is why my original video is no longer up on the site, and I am the only one that can access it. I made a community post sometime ago explaining the situation and deleted the post several weeks after. In case anyone was wondering what happened to it, there's your answer. Moving on, in terms of the future of the channel, I am still committed to do Every #5s, 6s, etc. at least until #10s. Eventually, and I mean in the far far future, I will reach the end with every #100s, but that is a daunting task for another day. In terms of success, I hope that this video reaches the heights, maybe even more, of its predecessor. The original video before it was removed had almost 300k views, 5.2k likes, and 1.1k comments which is insane!!! Thank you everyone that viewed, liked (and disliked), and commented on the video no matter what it was. It really means a lot and I never expected it to blow up the way that it did. Before the video I only had a measly 38 subscribers and posted Geometry Dash content. Due to that video and subsequent others, I gained 1.6k subscribers in about a year! Thank you so much. For this year, I want to at least make videos up to every #10s, as well as other little projects along the way. Cheers to a great 2023...

COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT IS NOT INTENDED. THIS IS PURELY FOR ENTERTAINMENT. THIS VIDEO IS NOT/WILL NOT BE MONETIZED UNLESS DECIDED BY RECORD LABELS. I, AS THE INDIVIDUAL, WILL NOT MAKE ANY MONEY WHATSOEVER OFF OF THIS VIDEO. THIS VIDEO IS STRICLY FOR ENTERTAINMENT AND WAS A PROJECT I HAVE BEEN WORKING ON FOR FUN. ENJOY!

Every single #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 from the very beginning up until this past week.

From the weeks of Aug 4. 1958 to Mar 4. 2023, there have been over 1,000 songs to have graced the top spot for at least one week. This video is a compilation of all of those songs; from the very beginning to the present.
Music has really changed over the past decades, and this is represented within this video. It is really interesting and entertaining to see which songs have reached #1 within the US. I made sure this time that I could get the best possible audio for many songs that were questionable in quality last time.

This is the biggest video I have ever worked on, and rightfully so. I have the spreadsheet for every #1 linked below so that you can check it out. I also have the biggest hits of each year since some weren't in this video due to them never reaching #1.

Link: https://docs.google.com/spread....sheets/d/1gxPIruZx_f

Thank you for watching, I appreciate it very much. If you made it this far and through the whole video, I congratulate you.

Stay safe.

⁣DJ Envy’s Business Partner Cesar Pina Aka Flipping NJ Breaks His Silence Finally

Two uniquely personable MCs, from two different generations, go deep on their come-up, fighting hate with love, and that time Pharrell got too high and left Snoop alone to produce Stevie Wonder.

Latto and Snoop Dogg are preparing for their Musicians on Musicians cover shoot at Hollywood’s historic United Recording studios, when Snoop shouts out a song he’d like cued up: “Can we turn on that ‘Rip me out the plastic, I’m actin’ brand-new?’”

Latto lets out a yelp like she just won a Grammy, overjoyed that Snoop Dogg knows the opening bars to her single “Put It on Da Floor.” Though they just met, the two get along like old friends. They rap “Put It on Da Floor” together, with Latto excitedly ad-libbing. Snoop records a video for Latto’s mother (it turns out, he’s Latto’s mom’s “only celebrity crush”). When Latto is about to put her red Solo cup of tequila down for the shoot, Snoop tells her to stay true to herself, and keep it.

That juxtaposition of the glam and the down-to-earth — Latto clad in a GCDS dress and shoes, Laura Lombardi earrings, and a vintage Givenchy necklace while holding a house-party staple — points to why the 24-year-old is so magnetic. She’s stylish and regal, but she’s also got party-starting bangers like “FTCU,” which she and Snoop sing at the top of their lungs during the photo shoot. As she reveals during her hourlong conversation with Snoop, the Ohio-born, Atlanta-based rapper had been performing in talent shows since she was a child (and won The Rap Game reality show in 2016), which means she was already seasoned when she broke through with 2019’s Queen of Da Souf. Mariah Carey (and DJ Khaled) jumped on the remix to her single “Big Energy” in 2022, helping make it a smash hit, and Latto had her first Number One this year with “Seven,” her collaboration with Jung Kook of BTS. She’s on her way toward the stratosphere of stardom, which is why Snoop’s advice on navigating fame means so much to her.

Everything went downhill after LaRon became a convicted felon at the age of 13. He became a gang member and made a deal with the devil. That deal included an uncanny ability to create hugely popular rap music. The devil warned Leron that if he ever broke his deal with the devil, the powers of hell would be released against him. Demons routinely haunted LaRon until he could no longer sleep. Discover what happened to turn this gangster rap artist into a deliverance pastor.

Lyrics:

Don’t mind, don’t mind if you cry on my shoulder
Remember, remember the things that I told ya

Darlin don’t you cry you gon be alright,
Leave it leave it all behind, take it take it off your mind

I know you’ve had to fight, but things are looking brighter
Let it go tonight I know you need it

Dancing is healing, love is the answer
Dancing is healing, love is the answer
Yeah yeah yeah

When ya need space when ya meed need time
When it’s gets heavy on your mind
(When ya lose faith put ya hand in mine
When it gets heavy

Dancing is healing, love is the answer
Dancing is healing, love is the answer

The world of Portuguese fado is full of emotion that is on display within seconds of this performance by vocalist Carminho.

She came to her extraordinary talents by way of hard work, intuition and genetics, since her mom, the singer Teresa Siqueira, is considered one of the giants of her generation.

As she explains, some of the songs from this performance come from the EP Carminho at Electrical Audio, a recording she did with renowned American music engineer Steve Albini, who passed away last year before they could celebrate the success of their collaboration.

The performance is a front-row seat to the joys and sorrows of the fado spirit, delivered by an artist that uses the genre as a base to explore other musical worlds, always coming back to a tradition that is centuries old.

http://www.urbancitytv.com –Duane Keith "Keefe D" Davis is an American gangster, a member of the California-based gang known as The Southside Crips, and linked to the murders of Tupac "2Pac" Shakur and Christopher "The Notorious B.I.G" Wallace. Detective Tim Brennan from Compton, California filed an affidavit naming Davis and his nephew Orlando Anderson as suspects, although fans and others have speculated as to Anderson's involvement in the killing. He was never charged with the murder.
Compton Street Legend the book!
The infamous Suge Knight, former Death Row Records CEO, and Keefe D are the only living eyewitnesses to the deadly confrontation on the Las Vegas strip between the occupants of our two vehicles. A violent confrontation that led to the deaths of two of Hip-Hop’s biggest stars (Tupac Shakur & Christopher ‘Notorious B.I.G.’ Wallace) and changed Hip-Hop history forever. There’s a strict code on the streets. One that real street players live, kill, and die by. COMPTON STREET LEGEND reveals the street-level code violations and the explosive consequences when the powerful worlds of the streets, entertainment, and corrupt law enforcement collide. More than twenty years after the premature deaths of Tupac and Biggie there have been numerous TV specials, documentaries, books, magazine and newspaper, and social media dedicated to the subject. But at the end of the day, none of the private investigators, retired police officers, informants, Hip-Hop heads, actors, or academics that have weighed in on the topic truly know what happened and the reasons behind it, because none of them were there. Duane ‘Keefe D’ Davis, a native of Compton, California, admittedly lived most of his life as a gangster; a real gangster that did the shit that real gangsters do. He rose up the gang-banging ranks to become a shot-caller for the notorious Southside Compton Crips, while running a multi-million-dollar, multi-state drug empire. Keefe D has been a central figure in both the Tupac Shakur and Biggie murders for the past 20 years. COMPTON STREET LEGEND will add valuable information about two of the biggest “unsolved” crimes in American history. It will serve as the missing piece of the puzzle that Hip-Hop Fans have been waiting for. On the surface COMPTON STREET LEGEND will look like a story based on violence and hate, it is actually a story about Love, Family, Brotherhood, Loyalty, Trust, and Honor. Scroll to the top and click the “buy now” button. It’s time to set the story straight. Fasten your seatbelts.
