Duane “Keefe D” Davis is awaiting trial in Las Vegas for his alleged involvement in the 1996 shooting death of rap icon Tupac Shakur. In a major motion to have the case thrown out, Davis’s attorneys argue that it was actually Sean “Diddy” Combs who gave the order.
