Lyrics:
We have arrived
Through despair we walk once more
Now paint your faces
We’re going off to war

See
See our legion
We
We are legion

As a legion we arise
ENTER HELL
Seeking our enemies
Our spirit soar
We have seen hell before
We have our strength in unity

We fought through flames
Breaking the chains we wore
The tyrants bell shall toll no more

Hear
Hear our legion
We
We are legion

As a legion we arise
ENTER HELL
Seeking our enemies
Our spirit soar
We have seen hell before
We have our strength in unity

As a legion we arise
ENTER HELL
Seeking our enemies
Our spirit soar
We have seen hell before
We have our strength in unity

Raise your fist up high
UP INTO THE SKY
We do not fear our enemy
Let your spirit soar
We’ve conquered hell before
We have our strength in unity

KATATONIA on the new album, Sky Void of Stars:
“Our 12th album, Sky Void of Stars is a dynamic journey through vibrant darkness. Born out of yearning for what was lost and not found, the very peripheries of the unreachable, but composed and condensed into human form and presented as sounds and words true to the KATATONIA signum. No stars here, just violent rain.”

LYRICS
In a time where heroes ruled the earth
The night will fall to our rebirth
On the bloodied stones in the fields in Whiterun lies
As sunsets now on Tamriel
The wounds we find in time will heal
But the dragon soon will return from space and time

Long will be the journey, through the coldest nights we ride
Where the horsemen slay them all
And they’re raped and burned alive
Listen to our enchanted story written in the wind
When the evil comes tonight to claim their lives

Fear the end is coming now
Hold the line keep strong our ground
All fear the nights dark watchmen
Steadfast tonight we’ll crush them
For the wasted journey to the end

See the soaring eagle fly, see the warriors fight and die
See the lighting crack the sky, we’re the last dragonborn
To the mountain we must go, flash of steel will crush our foes
To the fires of hell below, we’re the last dragonborn

Our journey leads us on and on
Through the lands out west and setting sun
Where the pillars of stone bar the path to all who try
The chants inscribed on the ancient walls
The screams of the past echo in the halls
Now the wizards arise from their watchtower in the sky

Onwards through the cold lands over endless nights and days
Many dangers lie ahead and many foes we have to face
Through the swamps of sadness and through forests stripped of light
But the eyes of Shor watch down on us tonight

Feel our time is coming now
Hold the line keep strong our ground
Now see their castles burning
Our swords and axes yearning
To the gods on high we now ascend

Under pale fading stars we sleep tonight
For our quest takes us far and so long.
But with the rise of sun in the far eastern skies
Never bow down, for our kingdom come

The band comments:
"This tale begins long in the past, 1000 years before even Angus McFife was born. A simple peasant by the name of Zargothrax lived a peaceful existence weaving baskets in a village called Auchtermuchty, until the legendary hero Dundax decided to build a new Kingdom in his lands...the Kingdom of Fife. Follow the rise of Zargothrax into a twisted sorcerer of chaos and evil, as he seeks the ultimate revenge on the Prince of Fife and all his descendants!"

Lyrics:
Prisms will deceive you when you start to fade, do not fear
Prison, no longer strangled by the rules of the game, who’s to blame

Rainbows they only laugh when you cry
Lighting has struck you not once but twice
Warfare it will subside when you are blind
Loves within your reach and there's no time

By my side, come closer if you can, I’m near the end
Say goodbye, I’ll still be listening, don’t you cry

A silent room with solitude
Playing your final hand
With nothing more that they can do
Do you know where you stand

When you are forced, forced to move on nothing can break you, nothing can break you again

Terror, a haunting gaze no one can seem to break, time draws near
Clearer, you right the wrongs before you reach the gates, can’t escape

Rainbows they only laugh when you cry
Lighting has struck you not once but twice
Warfare it will subside when you are blind
Loves within your reach and there's no time

By my side, come closer if you can, I’m near the end
Say goodbye, I’ll still be listening, don’t you cry, time to fly

Lyrics:

Lyrics |

On May 26th 2020 Lebanese star Nancy Ajram gave a solo performance in Beirut exclusively livestreamed on YouTube as message of Hope, Love and Joy during Covid-19 period.

“The world as we know it is changing yet again but we’re ready to stand through much more, knowing that we’re all in this together.

We may be separated by borders, but we’re one, strong, beating heart.

Let’s hope for a better tomorrow, let’s hold on tight to our loved ones, whether near or far, and let’s continue appreciating what we have knowing that someone, somewhere, is even more in need than we are.

Kindness and love will always conquer all.

Together we can create a more humane world”. – Nancy Ajram

Lyrics:

O you who is asleep, wake up!

And profess your belief in the unity of the Everlasting!

There is no god but Allah

Have a blessed Ramadan!

Our neighborhood's lanterns are lit,

Announcing the arrival of a new guest,

Who will fill my heart with joy,

And will turn our days into one big celebration

Ramadan has come back to us,

And its arrival has brought us so much joy,

After being gone for so long

Welcome Ramadan!

Sing along and say, all month long

Sing along and say:

Welcome Ramadan!

Ramadan has come back to us,

And the voice of the caller rises amongst us,

Calling us with each call to prayer (Adhan),

Saying: Come to the Qur'an!

And filling our hearts with faith (iman)

Loved ones gather together once again,

And we hear the sounds of doors being knocked on by guests,

And a dinner table filled with love gathers us,

Reuniting us after we were apart for so long

Ramadan has come back to us,

And its arrival has brought us so much joy,

After being gone for so long

Welcome Ramadan!

Sing along and say, all month long

Sing along and say:

Welcome Ramadan!

Ramadan has come back to us

The Authority On All Things R&B !
On this week's episode of The R&B Money Podcast, Tank and J Valentine welcome the multi-faceted singer and actor, Rotimi. As a young teenager, Rotimi earned his reputation by conquering the Apollo stage. It wasn't long before he joined the group NBH, receiving mentorship from none other than Jay-Z. However, Rotimi faced a tough choice: pursue an Ivy League education at Northwestern University or continue with the group.Ultimately, he opted for Northwestern, from which he graduated and soon landed acting roles alongside Kelsey Grammer, as well as his unforgettable portrayal of Dre on 50 Cent's hit show, Power. In fact, his performance as the villain was so convincing that even his friends on this podcast struggled to separate Rotimi from the nefarious Dre, a character entirely opposite to his true nature. From recording in Northwestern's studio, peddling mixtapes on set, and coining the phrase "it's the man, not the motel", Listen and enjoy this story of resilience, faith, and determination— Rotimi on The R&B Money Podcast

The 2023 Grammys, music’s biggest night, took place on Sunday (Feb. 5) evening and was complete with a tribute for Hip Hop’s 50th anniversary, and much more. The looks did not disappoint either. As one of the most star-studded Grammy ceremonies in the last few years, the red carpet consisted of recording artists in the most stylish suits and ties, sculptural gowns and everything in between. From DJ Khaled, Tems, GloRilla, Rick Ross, Lil Uzi Vert and more, "REVOLT Black News" anchor Mara S. Campo got a chance to chop it up with some of the celebs. Check out their red carpet chats here!

Inspired by Sean “Diddy” Combs’ successful “State Of Emergency: The State of Black America & Coronavirus” town hall, “REVOLT BLACK NEWS” is a platform that is designed to report news from the perspective of Black people for Black people.

“When I started REVOLT, I always wanted to develop a platform to report the news from our perspective, from our lens, from our people, so I decided to launch ’REVOLT BLACK NEWS,’” said Combs. “We’re here with solutions. We’ve already heard about what we can’t do, but this is what we can do.”

Lyrics
Mirror mirror on the wall
Tell me mirror, what is wrong?
Can it be my De La Clothes
Or is it just my De La Soul?
What I do ain't make-believe
People say I sit and try
But when it comes to being De La
It's just me myself and I

It's just me myself and I
It's just me myself and I
It's just me myself and I

Now you tease my Plug One style
And my Plug One spectacle
You say Plug One and Two are hippies
No we're not, thats pure plug bull
Always pushing that we formed an image
There's no need to lie
When it comes to being Plug One
It's just me myself and I

It's just me myself and I
It's just me myself and I
It's just me myself and I

Proud, I'm proud of what I am
Poems I speak are Plug Two type (type)
Please oh please let Plug Two be
Himself, not what you read or write
Write is wrong when hype is written
On the Soul, De La that is
Style is surely our own thing
Not the false disguise of showbiz
De La Soul is from the soul
And in fact I can't deny
Strictly from the Dan called Stuckie
And from me myself and I

It's just me myself and I
It's just me myself and I
It's just me myself and I

Glory Glory Halleluh
Glory for Plug One and Two
But that glory's been denied
By kizids and dookie eyes
People think they diss my person
By stating I'm darkly pack
I know this so I point at Q-Tip
And he states, "Black is Black"
Mirror mirror on the wall
Shovel chestnuts in my path
Just keep all nuts twistin up
So I don't get an aftermath
But if I do I'll calmly punch them
In the 4th day of July
Cause they tried to mess with third degree
That's me myself and I

It's just me myself and I
It's just me myself and I
It's just me myself and I

Contestant number four, do you have the answers?
Uhh…I saw, at the tip of my tongue...

Beyoncé's Ivy Park never was successful. From it's early days as a co-enterprise with TopShop, it was never profitable and was doomed to failure for its dated marketing, peculiar place of sale and off-brand product. They finally decided to part ways with Adidas, but this doesn't mean it is the end for the brand. They've lived through failure before, so they could come back. It's just with such a public downfall, its unlikely they will.
